| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย (Descriptive research) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างปัจจัยคัดสรร ได้แก่ อายุ ดัชนีมวลกาย ความแปรปรวนการนอนหลับ ประสิทธิผลการนอนหลับ ความเหนื่อยล้า สุขลักษณะการนอนหลับ และแบบแผนการทำงาน กับความง่วงของพนักงานขับรถโดยสาร ประจำทาง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พนักงานขับรถโดยสารประจำทาง บริษัทขนส่งจำกัด จำนวน 312 คน ที่ได้มา จากการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามประกอบด้วยแบบ บันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินความแปรปรวนการนอนหลับและ แบบประเมินประสิทธิผลการนอน หลับของเวอร์แรนและสไนเดอร์-ฮาลเพิร์น (Verran and Snyder-Halpern, 1987) ฉบับที่แปลเป็นภาษาไทย โดยพรสรรค์ โรจนกิตติ (2544) แบบประเมินความเหนื่อยล้าของไปเปอร์และคณะ (Piper et al., 1998) ฉบับที่แปลเป็นภาษาไทยโดย เพียงใจ ดาโลปการ (2545) แบบประเมินสุขลักษณะการนอนหลับที่ผู้วิจัย สร้างขึ้นจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมและแบบประเมินความง่วง Epworth sleepiness scale (John, 1991) ซึ่งได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และมีค่าความเที่ยงจากการคำนวณค่า สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .85, .76, .87, .60, และ 70 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่า สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันและไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ความง่วงของพนักงานขับรถ โดยสารประจำทางอยู่ในระดับง่วงเล็กน้อย ([X-บาร์] = 6.22, SD = 3.71) 2. ความเหนื่อยล้าและ ความแปร ปรวนการนอนหลับ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความง่วงของกลุ่มตัวอย่างพนักงานขับรถโดยสารประจำ ทางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .238, และ .208 ตามลำดับ) 3. ประสิทธิผลการนอนหลับและ สุขลักษณะการนอนหลับ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความง่วงของกลุ่มตัวอย่างพนักงานขับรถโดยสาร ประจำทาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = -.153, และ -.145 ตามลำดับ) 4. แบบแผนการทำงาน มีความสัมพันธ์กับความง่วงของพนักงานขับรถโดยสารประจำทาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (c = .172) 5. อายุและดัชนีมวลกาย ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความง่วงของพนักงานขับรถโดยสารประจำทาง อย่างมีสำคัญทางสถิติ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between age, body mass index, sleep disturbance, sleep effectiveness, fatigue, sleep hygiene practices, schedule of driving, and sleepiness among bus drivers. Study participants consisted of 312 bus drivers of Transport Limited Company, selected by multi-stage sampling. The instrument for the study included a demographic data form, a sleep disturbance questionnaire, a sleep effectiveness questionnaire (Verran and Snyder-Halperm, 1987), a fatigue questionnaire (Piper et al., 1998), a sleep hygiene practices questionnaire, and an Epworth Sleepiness Scale (John, 1991). The questionnaire was reviewed by a panel of experts for the content validity. Internal consistency reliability determined by Cronbach's alpha were .85, .76, .87, .60, and .70, respectively. Pearson Product Moment Correlation and Chi square Correlation were used for statistical analysis. Results were as follows: 1. The mean of sleepiness score of bus drivers was at the minimal level ([X-bar] = 6.22, SD = 7.71). 2. Positively significant correlations were detected among fatigues (r = .238), sleep disturbance (r = .208), and sleepiness of bus drivers (p < .05). 3. Negatively significant correlations were detected among sleep effectiveness (r = .153), sleep hygiene practices (r = -.145), and sleepiness of bus drivers (p < .05). 4. Significant correlation was detected between schedule of driving (c = .172), and sleepiness of bus drivers (p = .05). 5. No significant correlations were detected among age and body mass index and sleepiness of bus drivers. |
