| Abstract: | สร้างเครื่องชี้วัดคุณภาพชีวิตและสังคม ตามแนวคิดการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในเขตอุตสาหกรรม และเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการศึกษานอกโรงเรียน เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพชีวิตและสังคม ตามแนวคิดการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในเขตอุตสาหกรรม งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการศึกษาเอกสาร การศึกษาภาคสนามโดยใช้การประเมินสภาพแบบมีส่วนร่วม (PRA) เก็บข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสนทนากลุ่ม สัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก สังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและไม่มีส่วนร่วม ในชุมชนอุตสาหกรรม 2 แห่งในภาคกลาง ในส่วนการพัฒนารูปแบบศึกษานอกโรงเรียนนั้นได้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลภาคสนาม และนำเสนอรูปแบบการศึกษานอกโรงเรียน จากนั้นให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญตรวจสอบ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. เครื่องชี้วัดคุณภาพชีวิตและสังคม ตามแนวคิดการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน สร้างขึ้นจากกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน ในการกำหนดปัญหาและความต้องการ และแนวทางแก้ไข สามารถสร้างเครื่องชี้วัดคุณภาพชีวิตและสังคมได้ 8 ด้าน 47 ตัวชี้วัด เครื่องชี้วัดทั้ง 8 ด้าน ได้แก่ โครงสร้างพื้นฐานและสิ่งแวดล้อม อาชัพและเศรษฐกิจ สุขภาพอนามัยและสาธารณสุข ข้อมูลข่าวสารและการเรียนรู้ การศึกษานอกโรงเรียน วัฒนธรรมและจิตใจ ประชาสังคม ความมั่นคงของชีวิตและสิทธิเสรีภาพ และครอบครัว 2. รูปแบบการศึกษานอกโรงเรียน เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพชีวิตและสังคม ตามแนวคิดการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในเขตอุตสาหกรรมได้นำเสนอ 2 รูปแบบ คือ (1) "การศึกษานอกโรงเรียนเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน" เป็นรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสำหรับกลุ่มเป้าหมายต่างๆ ในชุมชน เพื่อให้ได้รับความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็น ต่อการปรับปรุงคุณภาพชีวิตและสิ่งแวดล้อม และ (2) "โรงเรียนในโรงงาน" เป็นรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสำหรับกลุ่มคนงานในโรงงานอุตสหกรรม โดยเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของเจ้าของโรงงานและคนงาน ในการกำหนดความรู้และทักษะ ที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของโรงงาน/สถานประกอบการ |
| Other Abstract: | To develop the quality of life and society indicators and to propose non-formal education models to improve the quality of life of the people based on the sustainable development concept in the industrial areas. A qualitative research methodology, namely, Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) was employed in data collection by using the techniques of focus-group discussion, in-depth interview, and observation, both non-participant observation and participant observation. Expert judgment was used to examine and improve the education model. The research was conducted in 2 villages in the central area. Research findings were as follows: 1. The quality of life and society indicators, developed by the participation of the villagers in identifying problems, needs, and the solutions, comprised of 47 indicators which could be classified into 8 categories. These categories were infrastructure and environment, occupations and economic, health care, information and learning, non-formal education, cultural-spiritual, civil-society human security and rights and freedom, and family. 2. Two models of non-formal education to improve the quality of life of the people based on the sustainable development concept in the industrial areas were proposed. (1) "Non-formal education for sustainability" model developed to reach various groups in the community in order that they obtain knowledge and skills needed to improve their quality of life and environment. (2) "School in factory" model developed for workers. This model emphasized cooperation between the entrepreneur and the workers in identifying needed knowledge and skills for the factories. |
