dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ดูแล และหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล คือรายได้ของครอบครัว การเผชิญความเครียด การสนับสนุนทางสังคม การดูแลตนเองด้านสุขภาพกับภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภทเรื้อรัง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภทเรื้อรังที่มารับบริการที่แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลจิตเวช สังกัดกรมสุขภาพจิต จำนวน 180 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบวัดการเผชิญความเครียด แบบวัดการสนับสนุนทางสังคม แบบวัดการดูแลตนเองด้านสุขภาพ และแบบสอบถามภาวะสุขภาพ ซึ่งได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .72, .74, .72 และ .88 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติไคสแควร์ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) ภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภทเรื้อรังโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี ([Mean] = 3.53) โดยในด้านภาวะสุขภาพทางกายอยู่ในระดับดี ([Mean] = 3.90) และภาวะสุขภาพทางจิตอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ([Mean] = 2.95) 2) รายได้ของครอบครัว การเผชิญความเครียดไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภทเรื้อรัง 3) การสนับสนุนทางสังคม การดูแลตนเองด้านสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภทเรื้อรัง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of the study were to identify the level of health status in family caregiver of schizophrenic patients, and determine the relationships between personal factors, coping, social support, self-care practice, and health status in family caregiver of schizophrenic patients. The samples consisted of 180 family caregivers of schizophrenic patients, who were treated in out patient departments of mental health hospitals, under the jurisdiction of Division of Mental Health, selected by multistage sampling technique. Research instruments consisted of a coping scale, a social support scale, a self-care practice scale, and a health status questionnaires. The instruments were tested for content validity. Cronbach's alha coefficient of the scale were .72, .74, .72 and .88 respectively. Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square and Pearson-product moment correlation coefficient. The major findings were as follows : 1. The health status in family caregiver of chronic schizophrenic patients were at the good level, in which the physical health status was at good level, and mental health status was at the moderate level. 2. There were no relationships between family income, coping, and health status in family caregivers of schizophrenic patients. 3. There were positive and significant relationships between social support, self-care practice, and health status of family caregivers of chronic schizophrenic patients (r = .52, .62), at the .05 level.	en
