| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับและความสัมพันธ์ของภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย การมีส่วนร่วมในงาน และประสิทธิผลของทีมการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เขตภาคกลาง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ทีมการพยาบาล 90 ทีมประกอบด้วยพยาบาลวิชาชีพจำนวน 450 คน (ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย (Avolio, Bass and Jung, 1999) แบบสอบถามการมีส่วนร่วมในงาน (Lodahl and Kejner, 1965) และแบบสอบถามทั้งหมดผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน และวิเคราะห์หาค่าความเที่ยงได้เท่ากับ .93, .90 และ .91 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และสมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การมีส่วนร่วมในงาน ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย และประสิทธิผลของทีมการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เขตภาคกลาง อยู่ในระดับสูง ([Mean] = 4.34, 3.97 และ 3.92 จากช่วงคะแนน 1-5 ตามลำดับ) 2. การมีส่วนร่วมในงาน ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลของทีมการพยาบาล ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เขตภาคกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .653 และ .474 ตามลำดับ p<.05) 3. ตัวแปรที่สามารถร่วมพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของทีมการพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เขตภาคกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ การมีส่วนร่วมในงาน (Beta = .565) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย (Beta = .315) โดยสามารถร่วมพยากรณ์ประสิทธิของทีมการพยาบาล ได้ร้อยละ 51.8 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the level of and relationships between transformational leadership of head nurse, job involvement and nursing team effectiveness as perceived by staff nurses, general hospitals, central region. Research subjects were 90 nursing teams (450 staff nurses) selected by multi-stage sampling. The research instruments were Transformational Leadership of Head Nurse Questionnaire (Avolio, Bass and Jung, 1999), Job Involvement Questionnaire (Lodahl and Kejner, 1965) and Nursing Team Effectiveness Questionnaire (Campion, et al, 1996). All questionnaires were tested for content validity by 5 experts and reliability with Cronbach's alpha of .93, .90, and .91 respectively.The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The major findings were as follows: 1. There were high levels of job involvement ([Mean] = 4.34), transformational leadership of head nurse ([Mean] = 3.92)and nursing team effectiveness ([Mean] = 3.92) as perceived by staff nurses, general hospitals, central region (Maximum score = 5). 2. Job involvement and transformational leadership of head nurse were positively and significantly related to nursing team effectiveness as perceived by staff nurses, general hospitals, central region at P = .05 (r = .653 and .474 respectively). 3. Variables which significantly predicted nursing team effectiveness general hospitals, central region at P = .05 were job involvement (Beta = .565) and transformational leadership of head nurse (Beta = .315) . These predictors accornted for 51.8 percent of the variance (R[square] = .518). |
