| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อตรวจสอบโมเดลความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาจารย์กับนักศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษากับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์วิจัยเฉพาะคือ 1.1) วิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของตัวแปรความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาจารย์กับนักศึกษาในช่วงเวลาก่อนที่มีต่อตัวแปรความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาจารย์กับนักศึกษาในช่วงเวลาต่อไป และวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของตัวแปรเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาในช่วงเวลาก่อนที่มีต่อตัวแปรเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาในช่วงเวลาต่อไป 1.2) วิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาจารย์กับนักศึกษากับตัวแปรเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาใน 4 ช่วงเวลาที่วัด 1.3) วิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของตัวแปรความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาจารย์กับนักศึกษาในช่วงเวลาก่อนที่มีต่อตัวแปรเจตคติต่ออาชีพครูในช่วงเวลาถัดไป และอิทธิพลของตัวแปรเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพครูในช่วงเวลาก่อนที่มีต่อตัวแปรความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาจารย์กับนักศึกษาในช่วงเวลาถัดไป 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความไม่แปรเปลี่ยนของโมเดลความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาจารย์กับนักศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาแต่ละชั้นปี โดยใช้ฐานข้อมูลทุติยภูมิจากงานวิจัยของสมเกียรติ ทานอก (2552) ที่รวบรวมจากการวัด 4 ครั้ง จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 1,876 คน จากการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน และผู้วิจัยเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพเพิ่มเติมด้วยการสัมภาษณ์นักศึกษา โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 72 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพครูของสมเกียรติ ทานอก และแบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาจารย์กับนักศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย SPSS และโปรแกรมลิสเรล ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. โมเดลความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาจารย์กับนักศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาพบว่า โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืน X² = 5.748, df=11, p=0.890, RMSEA= 0.000, CFI= 1.000, GFI= 0.999 และ AGFI= 0.997 1.1 ตัวแปรความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาจารย์กับนักศึกษาในครั้งก่อนส่งผลต่อตัวแปรความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาจารย์กับนักศึกษาในครั้งต่อไปอยู่ในระดับสูง (0.747-0.850) และมีอิทธิพลทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และตัวแปรเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพครูในครั้งก่อนส่งผลต่อตัวแปรเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพครูในครั้งต่อไปอยู่ในระดับสูง (0.769-0.912) และมีอิทธิพลทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 1.2 ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรความสัมพันธ์อาจารย์กับนักศึกษากับตัวแปรเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพครูในการวัดทุกครั้ง มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำถึงปานกลาง (0.141-0.546) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 1.3 ตัวแปรเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาในช่วงเวลาก่อนส่งผลต่อตัวแปรความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาจารย์กับนักศึกษาในช่วงเวลาต่อไป และตัวแปรความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาจารย์กับนักศึกษาส่งผลต่อเนื่องไปยังตัวแปรเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาในช่วงเวลาต่อไป 2. โมเดลความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาจารย์กับนักศึกษาที่มีต่อเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพครูระหว่าง 4 ชั้นปี มีความไม่แปรเปลี่ยนของค่าพารามิเตอร์ของเมทริกซ์อิทธิพลเชิงสาเหตุจากตัวแปรภายในแฝงและมีความไม่แปรเปลี่ยนของค่าพารามิเตอร์ของเมทริกซ์อิทธิพลเชิงสาเหตุจากตัวแปรภายนอกแฝงไปยังตัวแปรภายในแฝง แต่มีความแปรเปลี่ยนของความแปรปรวน-ความแปรปรวนร่วมระหว่างตัวแปรภายนอกแฝงและความแปรปรวน-ความแปรปรวนร่วมระหว่างความคลาดเคลื่อนในการวัดตัวแปรภายในแฝง |
| Other Abstract: | The main purpose of this research were 1) to validate the model with empirical data. There are specific objective 1.1) to analyze the effect between teachers-student relationship in the earlier time point with the later, and to analyze the effect between attitude toward teacher profession of undergraduate students in the earlier time point with the later. 1.2) to analyze the difference between correlation coefficient of teachers-student relationship with effecting attitude toward teacher profession of undergraduate students in four difference points of time. 1.3) to analyze the effect of teachers-student relationship in the earlier time point effecting attitude toward teacher profession in the later. 2) to analyze the invariance of teachers-student relationship effecting attitude toward teacher profession of undergraduate students. The data used in this study were secondary data from Somkait Tanok (2009). The sampling consists of 1,876 undergraduate students and make an interview with 72 students more. The instrument was attitude toward teaching profession questionnaire. Data analysis were SPSS and LISREL analysis. The research results were as follow: 1. Model teacher-students relationship effecting attitude toward teaching profession of undergraduate students variable. Model was best fitted to the empirical data with index of X² = 5.748, df =11, p=0.890, RMSEA=0.000, CFI=1.000, GFI=0.999 and AGFI=0.997 1.1 Teachers-student relationship in four difference points of time have strong positive relationship (0.747-0.850) and all of which were statistically significant. Attitude toward teacher profession of undergraduate students in four difference points of time have strong positive relationship (0.769-0.912) and all of which were statistically significant. 1.2 Teachers-student relationship with effecting attitude toward teacher profession of undergraduate students have the same weak positive relationship (0.141-0.546) and all of which were statistically significant. 1.3 Attitude toward teacher profession of undergraduate students in the earlier time point with effecting teachers-student relationship in later and this teachers-student relationship effecting attitude toward teacher profession of undergraduate students in later. 2. Model teacher-students relationship effecting attitude toward teaching profession of undergraduate students indicated invariance of parameters the matrix of causal effects between endogenous latent variable and parameters the matrix of causal effects of latent exogenous variable to endogenous latent variable but variance of variance-covariance of the latent exogenous variable and variance-covariance of error across 4 year groups. |
