| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและอาจารย์เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษาในเขตการศึกษา 6 2. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 6 วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและอาจารย์ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 6 จำนวน 7 จังหวัด คือ จังหวัดลพบุรี สระบุรี สิงห์บุรี อ่างทอง พระนครศรีอยุธยา ชัยนาท และอุทัยธานี รวม 25 โรงเรียน เป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 109 คน และอาจารย์ 346 คน รวมประชากรทั้งสิ้น 455 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามซึ่งครอบคลุมการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 6 ด้าน คือ การบริหารงานวิชาการ การบริหารงานบุคลากรในโรงเรียน การบริหารงานธุรการและการเงิน การบริหารอาคารสถานที่และบริการ การบริหารกิจการนักเรียน และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน แบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นแบบตรวจสอบรายการและแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า ได้ส่งแบบสอบถามไปจำนวน 455 ฉบับและได้รับคืนที่สมบูรณ์ใช้ได้ จำนวน 431 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 94.73 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้วิธีหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สรุปผลการวิจัย การวิจัยครั้งนี้ สรุปผลการวิจัยได้ดังนี้ 1. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและอาจารย์ มีความคิดเห็นตรงกันว่า การปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษาในเขตการศึกษา 6 มีการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้ง 6 ด้าน เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ 1.1 การบริหารกิจการนักเรียน 1.2 การบริหารงานธุรการและการเงิน 1.3 การบริหารอาคารสถานที่และบริการ 1.4 การบริหารงานบุคลากรในโรงเรียน 1.5 การบริหารงานวิชาการ 1.6 การสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน 2. ในการศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 6 ปรากฏว่า ทั้งผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและอาจารย์มีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่า มีปัญหาในการปฏิบัติงานทุกปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อยยกเว้นบางปัญหาที่อาจารย์มีความเห็นว่า เป็นปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย แต่ผู้บริหารมีความเห็นว่าเป็นปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อยที่สุดคือ 2.1 ขาดการประสานงานของฝ่ายหรือหน่วยงานย่อยต่างๆ ของโรงเรียน 2.2 ระบบการติดต่อสื่อสารในโรงเรียนไม่มีประสิทธิภาพดีพอ 2.3 ผู้บริหารไม่ชอบปฏิบัติงานตามแผนงาน แต่ชอบทำงานตามสถานการณ์ 2.4 ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขาดความรู้ ทักษะ และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานบริหารโรงเรียน 2.5 ขาดการมอบอำนาจหน้าที่ในการบริหารงานแต่ละระดับ หรือแต่ละหน่วยงานย่อยให้ชัดเจน 2.6 ขาดการกำหนดหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของแต่ละฝ่าย หรือแต่ละหน่วยงานย่อยในโรงเรียนไว้ให้ชัดเจน |
| Other Abstract: | The Purpose of the Study : 1. To study the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the job performance of school administrators of large secondary school under the jurisdiction of General Education Department in Educational Region Six. 2. To study the existing problems and obstacles concerning the job performance of school administrators of large secondary school under the jurisdiction of General Educational Department in Educational Region Six. Procedures: The sample used in this research was composed of the school administrators and teachers in the large secondary school under the jurisdiction of General Education Department in Educational Region Six, from 7 provinces namely : Lopburi, Saraburi, Singburi, Angthong, Ayudhya, Chainat, and Uthaithani. There were 109 school administrators and 346 teachers from 25 large secondary schools. The total population was 455. The instruments used in this study was the questionnaire composing of 6 job performances of secondary school administrators : academic, school personnel, school business and finance, school plant planning and services, student affairs, and public relations administration, The questionnaire included a check – list and rating scale. Four hundred fifty – five copies of the questionnaire were distributed and four hundred thirty-one completed copies (94.73%) were returned. The data were analyses by using percentages, means, and standard deviations. Findings and Conclusions: 1.There were no differences between administrators’ and teachers’ opinions concerning the job performance of school administrators of large secondary schools under the jurisdiction of General Education Department in Educational Region Six. There were six job performances of large secondary school administrators which were performed at the above average level. The following were the jobs performed most to the jobs performed least. 1.1 Student Affairs Administration 1.2 School Business and Finance Administration 1.3 School Plant Planning and Services Administration 1.4 School Personnel Administration 1.5 Academic Administration 1.6 Public Relations Administration 2. In general, the administrators’ opinions were similar to the teachers’ in the direction that the intensity of the problems and obstacles were minimal, except for six problems which the teachers considered to have low intensity which the administrators considered to have the least intensity. These six problems were as follows: 2.1 There were no coordinations between different units in schools. 2.2 The communication system in schools was not efficient. 2.3 Administrators did not work according to plans, but tend to perform according to situations. 2.4 The administrators did not have enough knowledge, skill nor experiences in the job performances. 2.5 The administrators did not clearly delegate their authorities to different level or units in their schools. 2.6 There were no set duties and responsibilities for each unit in schools. |
