| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบลักษณะบุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการของนักเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้าฯ ชั้นปีที่ 1 และนิสิตวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ชั้นปีที่ 1 ด้วยแบบทดสอบบุคลิกภาพ อี พี พี เอส กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยนักเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้าฯ ชั้นปีที่ 1 จำนวน 102 คน และนิสิตวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ชั้นปีที่ 1 เฉพาะนิสิตชาย จำนวน 120 คน ที่ได้รับการศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2528 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบทดสอบบุคลิกภาพ อี พี พี เอส ที่ได้ดัดแปลงเป็นภาษาไทย โดย บุญส่ง นิลแก้ว และวิไลวรรณ ยามาลี สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือ t-test โดยผู้วิจัยได้ตั้งสมมติฐานว่า คะแนนบุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการของนักเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้าฯ ชั้นปีที่ 1 และนิสิตวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ชั้นปีที่ 1 จะมีความแตกต่างกันบางด้าน ผลการวิจัยสนับสนุนสมมติฐานโดยปรากฏผลดังนี้ 1. ลักษณะบุคลิกภาพที่นักเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้าฯ ชั้นปีที่ 1 มีสูงกว่านิสิตวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ชั้นปีที่ 1 1.1 ความต้องการยกย่องหรือยอมตามผู้อื่น (p ≤ .001) 1.2 ความต้องการเป็นระเบียบ (p ≤ .001) 2. ลักษณะบุคลิกภาพที่นิสิตวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ชั้นปีที่ 1 มีสูงกว่านักเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้าฯ ชั้นปีที่ 1 2.1 ความต้องการแสดงออก (p ≤ .01) 2.2 ความต้องการปกครองตนเอง (p ≤ .001) 2.3 ความต้องการขอความช่วยเหลือ (p ≤ .001) 3. ลักษณะบุคลิกภาพที่ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน 3.1 ความต้องการสัมฤทธิผล 3.2 ความต้องการไมตรีสัมพันธ์ 3.3 ความต้องการเข้าใจผู้อื่น 3.4 ความต้องการมีอำนาจเหนือผู้อื่น 3.5 ความต้องการยอมรับผิด 3.6 ความต้องการช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น 3.7 ความต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลง 3.8 ความต้องการอดทน 3.9 ความต้องการคบเพื่อนต่างเพศ 3.10 ความต้องการก้าวร้าว |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to comparison of need personality of the first year Chulachomklao Royal Military Cadets and the first year Chulalongkorn University Engineering Students by the E P P S. The subjects were one hundred and two of the first year Chulachomklao Royal Military Cadets and one hundred and twenty male of the first year Chulalongkorn University Engineering Students in the year 1985. The adapted in Thai Language E P P S by Boonsong Nilakeaw and Vilaiwan Yamali was used in this study. The t-test method was utilized to test the hypothesis that some of need personality scores were different between the two groups of subjects. The research results supported the hypothesis as follow : 1. The need personality scores of the first year Chulachomklao Royal Military Cadets were higher than the first year Chulalongkorn University Engineering Students. 1.1 n Deference (p ≤ .001) 1.2 n Order (p ≤ .001) 2. The need personality scores of the first year Chulalongkorn University Engineering Students were higher than the first year Chulachomklao Royal Military Cadets. 2.1 n Exhibition (p ≤ .01) 2.2 n Autonomy (p ≤ .001) 2.3 n Succorance (p ≤ .001) 3.
