| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาผลของสีตัวอักษรและสีพื้นหลังที่มีต่อความอยากง่ายในการอ่านของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ตัวอย่างประชากรในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนวัดดุลิตาราม และโรงเรียนวัดยางสุทธาราม กรุงเทพมหานคร ปีการศึกษา 2528 โดยนำโรงเรียนทั้งหมด จำนวน 220 คน มาทำการทดสอบสายตาปกติด้วยเครื่องมือวัดสายตาปกติของสเนลเลนและผ่านการทดสอบตาบอดสีด้วยเครื่องมือทดสอบตาบอดสี ชื่อ อิชิฮารา (Ishihara Test) ก่อนแล้วนำมาสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย จำนวน 195 คน เป็นนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดยางสุทธารามจำนวน 105 คน และโรงเรียนวัดดุสิตตาราม จำนวน 90 คน จากนั้น นำกลุ่มตัวอย่างมาทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างง่ายอีกครั้ง โดยจัดเป็น 13 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 15 คน ให้แต่ละกลุ่มดูบัตรคำโดยสลับลำดับในการดู โดยบัตรคำมีทั้งหมด 13 คู่สี คือ 1. อักษรสีดำบนพื้นขาว 2. อักษรสีน้ำเงินบนพื้นหลังขาว 3. อักษรสีเขียวบนพื้นขาว 4. อักษรสีดำบนพื้นน้ำเงิน 5. อักษรสีเขียวบนพื้นน้ำเงิน 6. อักษรสีดำบนพื้นเขียว 7. อักษรสีน้ำเงินบนพื้นเขียว 8. อักษรสีดำบนพื้นเหลือง 9. อักษรสีน้ำเงินบนพื้นเหลือง 10. อักษรสีเขียวบนพื้นเหลือง 11. อักษรสีดำบนพื้นแดง 12. อักษรสีน้ำเงินบนพื้นแดง 13. อักษรสีเขียวบนพื้นแดง หลังจากการทดลองได้นำคะแนนที่ได้จากการอ่านบัตรคำทั้ง 13 สี 13 กลุ่ม มาทำการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวชนิดวัดซ้ำและหาค่าความแตกต่างระหว่างกลุ่มด้วยวิธีเชฟเฟ ผลการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ปรากฏว่าสีตัวอักษรและพื้นหลังมีผลต่อความยากง่ายในการอ่านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างระหว่างคู่สี ปรากฏดังนี้ 1. อักษรสีน้ำเงินบนพื้นขาว อักษรสีดำบนพื้นเหลือง อักษรสีเขียวบนพื้นขาว และอักษรสีดำบนพื้นขาว เป็นกลุ่มที่มีความง่ายในการอ่านสูงสุดและไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 2. อักษรสีเขียวบนพื้นขาว อักษรสีดำบนพื้นขาว อักษรสีน้ำเงินบนพื้นเขียวอักษรสีน้ำเงินบนพื้นเหลือง และอักษรสีเขียวบนพื้นเหลืองเป็นกลุ่มสีที่มีความง่ายในการอ่านเป็นอันดับสองและไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 3. อักษรสีดำบนพื้นเขียวและอักษรสีน้ำเงินบนพื้นแดง เป็นกลุ่มที่มีความง่ายในการอ่านเป็นอันดับสาม และไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 4. อักษรสีน้ำเงินบนพื้นแดง และอักษรสีดำบนพื้นแดง เป็นคู่สีที่มีความง่ายในการอ่านเป็นอันดับสี่และไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 5. อักษรสีเขียวบนพื้นแดง อักษรสีเขียวบนพื้นน้ำเงิน และอักษรสีดำบนพื้นน้ำเงินเป็นคู่สีที่มีความง่ายในการอ่านต่ำที่สุดเรียงตามลำดับโดยทั้ง 3 คู่สี แตกต่างกันเอง และแตกต่างกับทุกคู่สีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the effects of colors of letters and colors of background on the legibility of Prathom Suksa six students. Subjects were prathom suksa six students of Wat Dusittaram School and of Wat Yangsuttaram School in Bangkok. These subjects had gone through Snellen eye chart and a color blind test (Ishihara Test). One hundred and ninety-five students out of two hundred and twenty students were selected by using simple random' sampling method, 105 were Wat Yangsuttaram School students and 90 were Wat Dusittaram School students. They were randomly assinged into 13 groups with 15 students in each group. Each group was shown cards of different color letters and color background as follows : 1. black letters on white background, 2. blue letters on white background, 3. green letters on white background, 4. black letters on blue background, 5. green letters on blue background. 6. black letters on green background, 7. blue letters on green background, 8. black letters on yellow background, 9. blue letters on yellow background, 10. green letters on yellow background, 11. black letters on red background, 12. blue letters on red background, 13. and green letters on red background. After the experiment the scores from each groups were analyzed by means of one-way analysis of variance with repeated measure. The Scheffe Test was used to find out the differences between each group. The findings shown that there was a significant difference (p < .05) between colors of letters and background on the legibility of prathom Suksa six students. The Scheffe' Test showed that : 1. The highly legible pairs included the blue letters on the white background, the black letters on the yellow background, green letters on the white background and black letters on the white background. 2. The second legible pairs were the green letters on the white background, the black letters on the white background the blue letters on the green background, the blue letters on the yellow background and the green letters on the yellow background. 3. The third legible pairs were the black letters on the green background and blue letters on the red background. 4. The fourth legible pairs were the blue letters on the green background and the black letters on the red background. 5. There was significant difference between those pairs which had the green letters on the red background, green letters on the blue background and black letters on the blue background. |
