| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูภาษาไทยเกี่ยวกับปัญหาและแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาการวัดและประเมินผลทักษะการใช้ภาษาไทยของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ในด้านทักษะการฟัง การพูด การอ่าน และการเขียน ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังครูภาษาไทยในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย เขตการศึกษา 12 จำนวน 231 คน นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ทักษะการฟัง ครูภาษาไทยมีปัญหามากในด้านครูขาดอุปกรณ์ในการวัดและประเมินผล และครูมีความยุ่งยากในการสร้างข้อสอบ 2. ทักษะการพูด ครูภาษาไทยมีปัญหามากในด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการพูดของนักเรียนทำได้ไม่ทั่วถึง, วัดและประเมินผลได้ไม่บ่อยครั้ง และเวลาในการวัดและประเมินผลมีไม่พอ 3. ทักษะการอ่าน ครูภาษาไทยมีปัญหามากในด้านการวัดและประเมินผลด้านความไพเราะของภาษาด้านเจตคติ ความสนใจและความซาบซึ้งในการอ่านร้อยแก้ว ร้อยกรอง และวรรณคดีทำได้ยาก และการวัดและประเมินผลการอ่านทำนองเสนาะ อ่านบทละคร ทำได้ไม่ทั่วถึงทุกคน 4. ทักษะการเขียน ครูภาษาไทยมีปัญหามากในด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเขียนเรียงความ ตรวจยากและใช้เวลามาก และครูมักใช้ข้อสอบวัดและประเมินผลการเขียนจากตำราที่สำนักพิมพ์ต่างๆพิมพ์จำหน่ายโดยไม่ผ่านการวิเคราะห์ สำหรับแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาการวัดและประเมินผลการใช้ภาษาไทยทั้ง 4 ทักษะนั้น ครูเห็นด้วยกับแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาที่เสนอไว้ในแต่ละด้าน เช่น จัดให้มีคลังข้อสอบของหมวดวิชาเพื่อให้ครูได้ยืมใช้ หน่วยศึกษานิเทศก์ช่วยเหลือในด้านการจัดทำเอกสารตัวอย่างข้อสอบ แล้วมอบให้กับโรงเรียน เพื่อให้ครูได้ปรับใช้ตามความเหมาะสม และฝ่ายวิชาการร่วมมือกับหมวดวิชาภาษาไทยในการวิเคราะห์ข้อสอบจากที่สำนักพิมพ์ได้จัดทำขึ้น |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the opinions of Thai language teachers concerning problems-and guidelines for solving Thai language skill evaluation problems of students at the upper secondary school in the aspects of listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Questionnaires were sent to 231 Thai language teachers in upper secondary schools educational region 12. The collected data were analyzed by means of percentage, arithmetic means and standard diviation. The research findings were concluded as follows : 1. Listening Skill : Thai language teachers had more problems in having no instrument for test and measurement and difficulty in constructing test items. 2. Speaking Skill : Thai language teachers had more problems in evaluating speaking skill for all the students and having not enough time for evaluating speaking skill. 3. Reading Skill : Thai language teachers had more problems in evaluating attitude, interest and appreciation in reading prose and poetry. They didn't have enough time for testing choral and play reading. 4. Writing Skill : Thai language teachers had more problems in evaluating composition. It was very difficult to grade composition and it consumed a lot of time. The teachers usually used tests constructed by book companies without analyzing them. Concerning guidelines for solving Thai language skill evaluating problems all four skill, Thai language teachers agreed with suggested guidelines in each aspect such as they needed a test bank of Thai language department from which tests could be conveniently borrowed. The supervisory unit should provide test materials which Thai language department could adapt them. Academic school division should cooperate with department in analyzing test produced by book companies. |
