dc.description.abstractวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจกิจกรรมสร้างนิสัยและศึกษาวิธีดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมสร้างนิสัยในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย สร้างแบบสอบถามและส่งแบบสอบถามไปให้ครูใหญ่ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 105 ชุด ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมา 88 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 83.81 และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละของคำตอบ ผลการวิจัย ประเภทกิจกรรมสร้างนิสัยที่โรงเรียนจัดกันมากที่สุดในเกณฑ์เฉลี่ยร้อยละ 90 ขึ้นไป คือ การเคารพธงชาติ การอบรมหน้าเสาธงในตอนเช้า การทำความเคารพครูและผู้ใหญ่ที่มาเยี่ยมโรงเรียน กิจกรรมไหว้ครู กิจกรรมสร้างเสริมระเบียบวินัยภายในโรงเรียน กิจกรรมวันสำคัญตามประเพณี การใช้คำพูดอันเป็นมารยาทในสังคมที่เหมาะสม การสวดมนต์ไหว้พระประจำวัน และประจำสัปดาห์ กิจกรรมวันสำคัญทางศาสนา จัดกลุ่มนักเรียนดูแลรักษาความสะอาดบริเวณอาคารสถานที่ของโรงเรียน กิจกรรมวันบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ในโรงเรียน กิจกรรมห้องสมุดในโรงเรียน มุมหนังสือภายในห้องเรียน การเชิญเจ้าหน้าที่อนามัยมาตรวจสุขภาพนักเรียน การตรวจการแต่งกาย การตรวจสุขภาพในตอนเช้า การบันทึกน้ำหนักและวัดส่วนสูง การฝึกกายบริหารในตอนเช้า วิธีดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรม ครูใหญ่จะประชุมครู เพื่อมอบหมายหน้าที่ และครูเป็นผู้ดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมเองทั้งสิ้น โดยครูใหญ่และครูร่วมกันในการกำหนดโครงการและคัดเลือกกิจกรรม ส่วนเวลาที่ใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรมมักจะใช้ในระหว่างเวลาพักกลางวัน และงบประมาณในการจัดกิจกรรมนั้นได้รับการสนับสนุนจากครูและผู้ปกครอง ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่พบคือ ขาดงบประมาณบุคลากรที่มีความรู้พิเศษในด้านต่างๆ เช่น ดนตรี นาฏศิลป์ เป็นต้น-
dc.description.abstractalternativePurpose: The purpose of this research was to survey the character development activities and to study the procedure of activity organization in elementary schools under the authority of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Procedure: The questionnaire was constructed and sent to 105 principals in elementary schools under the authority of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and 88 questionnaires or 83.81 percent of the total number were returned. The data was analyzed by means of percentages. Finding: The character development activities in elementary school higher than go percents were: the Thai flag reverence, morning assembly, teachers and visitors greeting, activities on teacher day, promoted disciplines development activities, the making merit ceremonies according to the local customs, gentle speaking, daily and weekly prayer, activities on religious days, the forming of volunteer groups for taking care of cleanliness, activities on community service days, library activities, the classroom reading corners, health examination about hygiene by health officer, clothing inspection, morning health inspection, weight and height recording, morning physical exercises before learning periods. The way to conduct activities; the principals met the teachers for assignments and let them managed activities. The principals and teachers selected the projects and activities. The time they normally used for activities were at during lunch period. Most of budgets were supported by teachers and parents. Problems and obstacles were the lack of budgets for managing the programs and specialize person in various aspects such as music, dramatic education etc.-
