dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตร์ ระดับปริญญาตรี พุทธศักราช 2531 ของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลเกื้อการุณย์ โดยใช้แบบจำลองชิป (CIPP Model) เป็นรูปแบบการประเมิน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ การประเมินบริบท พบว่า วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรมีความสอดคล้องกับปัจจัยภายนอก มีความชัดเจนของภาษาที่ใช้ สามารถปฏิบัติได้จริง มีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม และมีความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ในวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับมาก เกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างของหลักสูตรด้านจำนวน หน่วยกิตรวม หน่วยกิตหมวดวิชา หน่วยกิตกลุ่มวิชา และหน่วยกิตรายวิชา ส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสม เนื้อหารายวิชาในหลักสูตรมีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้เรียน การจัดการเรียนการสอนและการวัดและประเมินผลมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีความซ้ำซ้อนของเนื้อหาวิชาอยู่ในระดับน้อย และส่วนใหญ่มีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม และมีประโยชน์ต่อการประกอบอาชีพอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัจจัยเบื้องต้นด้านอาจารย์ ส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้น ปริมาณอาจารย์ในการควบคุมภาคปฏิบัติมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับน้อย สำหรับด้านนักศึกษามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนปัจจัยที่สนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนส่วนใหญ่มีความเพียงพอ และมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับน้อย แต่มีความสะดวกในการใช้บริการอยู่ในระดับมาก กระบวนการผลิต เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการบริหารส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้นการประชุมสัมมนาหลักสูตรให้อาจารย์ได้ทราบ การจัดเตรียมหนังสือภาษาไทย ภาษาต่างประเทศ และวารสารอ้างอิง และการจัดศูนย์รวมตารางสอน เพื่อสะดวกในการตรวจสอบมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับน้อย สำหรับการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการเตรียมการสอนเทคนิคและวิธีสอนมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน ยกเว้น การติดตามงานและเฉลยให้นักศึกษาทราบอย่างรวดเร็ว มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับน้อย ผลผลิต ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตร์ ระดับปริญญาตรี พุทธศักราช 2531 มีคุณลักษณะทั่วไป และคุณลักษณะทางวิชาชีพตรงตามที่กำหนดไว้ในวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรในระดับมาก
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to evaluate the Bachelor Degree in Nursing Science Curriculum B.E. 2531 of Kuakarun College of Nursing. The CIPP Model was applied as the evaluation model. Research findings showed as follows : With regards to context evaluation data indicated that curriculum objectives were correlated to the external factors also they were clearly stated, practicable, corresponding to the social needs and highly concentrated in professional nursing. The curriculum structure was found to be appropriated and curriculum content was also found to be corresponded to students’ needs. Instructional and evaluation activities were also appropriated and there were some content overlapping. Curriculum content were also found to be corresponded to the social needs and were necessary to career implementation Input evaluation showed that the number of instructors regarding the practical was low appropriateness. The students’ readiness was found to be high appropriateness. Instructional aids were low in sufficiency and quality but there were great convenience. With regards to process evaluation it was found that the administration process was appropriated at the high level except curriculum seminar, textbooks preparation and class schedule management were appropriated at the low level. The instructional process was appropriated at the high level except follow-up and immediate feedback were appropriated at the low level. In term of product evaluation, the graduates were rated both general and specific qualifications as mentioned in curriculum objectives at the high level.
