dc.description.abstractการศึกษาผลกระทบของสารตั้งต้นของสารลดแรงตึงผิว ABS และ LAS ต่อลูกปลานิล (Tilapia nilotica) ในน้ำเค็ม 20 ส่วนในพันส่วน พบว่าสารตั้งต้นของ LAS มีความเป็นพิษสูงกว่าสารตั้งต้นของ ABS โดยค่า LC₅₀ ในเวลา 96 ชั่วโมงของสารตั้งต้นของ ABS มีค่าเป็น 5.15 มก./ล. ส่วนสารตั้งต้นของ LAS มีค่าเป็น 1.06 มก./ล. ความเป็นพิษเฉียบพลันของสารตั้งต้นของสารลดแรงตึงผิวทั้งสองชนิดจะเพิ่มขึ้นเมื่อความเค็มเพิ่มขึ้น โดยเฉพาะเมื่อความเค็มสูงกว่า 20 ส่วนในพันส่วน ผู้วิจัยได้รายงานลักษณะของเนื้อเยื่อเหงือกจากปลาทดลอง เมื่อได้รับสารตั้งต้นของสารลดแรงตึงผิว ABS และ LAS ในระดับความเข้มข้นต่ำที่ความเค็ม 10 ถึง 30 ส่วนให้พันส่วนไว้ในรายงานนี้ด้วย
dc.description.abstractalternativeInvestigation of the effect of raw material of ABS and LAS surfactants on young Tilapia nilotica resulted that raw material of LAS surfactant was more toxic than raw material of ABS. Average 96 h. LC. (at 20 ppt salinity) were 1.06 mg/1 and 5.15 mg/1 representatively, and the toxicity increase with salinity. Gill morphology details of fish exposed to sublethal concentration of raw material of ABS and LAS surfactants (at 10-30 ppt salinity) were shown in this report.
