| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างมโนทัศน์เชิงจิตสำนึกสาธารณะของอาสาสมัครตำรวจ (2) เพื่อศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้โปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อเสริมสร้างมโนทัศน์เชิงจิตสำนึกสาธารณะของอาสาสมัครตำรวจ (3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคและข้อสนับสนุนของการนำโปรแกรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างมโนทัศน์เชิงจิตสำนึกสาธารณะของอาสาสมัครตำรวจไปใช้ การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้แนวคิดการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ และการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมกันเสริมด้วยการสะท้อนความคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ ประชากรคือ อาสาสมัครตำรวจเมืองพัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 250 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ อาสาสมัครตำรวจเมืองพัทยา จำนวน 60 คน โดยแบ่งเป็น กลุ่มทดลอง 30 กลุ่มควบคุม 30 คน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า 1. โปรแกรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างมโนทัศน์เชิงจิตสำนึกสาธารณะของอาสาสมัครตำรวจที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีกระบวนการเสริมสร้างมโนทัศน์เชิงจิตสำนึกสาธารณะ ได้แก่ 1.การสนทนา 2.การฝึกสมาธิ 3.การทำความกระจ่างค่านิยม 4.การเรียนรู้ผ่านละคร 5.การอ่านชีวประวัติบุคคลสำคัญ และ 6.การทำงานช่วยเหลือสังคม 2. ผลการทดลองใช้โปรแกรม คือ 1) ระดับมโนทัศน์เชิงจิตสำนึกสาธารณะก่อนและหลังการทดลองของกลุ่มทดลองหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม มีความแตกต่างที่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.01 โดยหลังการทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยที่สูงขึ้นกว่าก่อนการทดลอง 2) ระดับมโนทัศน์เชิงจิตสำนึกสาธารณะของกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมหลังการทดลอง มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.01 โดยหลังการทดลอง กลุ่มทดลองมีระดับมโนทัศน์เชิงจิตสำนึกสาธารณะสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม 3. ปัจจัยที่มีผลเชิงสนับสนุนในการนำโปรแกรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างมโนทัศน์เชิงจิตสำนึกสาธารณะของอาสาสมัครตำรวจไปใช้ มีดังนี้คือ ผู้เรียนมีคุณลักษณะที่เหมาะสม ผู้สอนมีประสบการณ์ตรง เนื้อหาสาระมีความหลากหลายนำไปใช้ได้จริง กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้เรียน มีระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสมในการฝึกอบรม แหล่งความรู้และสื่อการสอนได้จากประสบการณ์จริง สภาพแวดล้อมที่ผ่อนคลายและเป็นกันเอง และไม่พบปัญหาอุปสรรคในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of the research were 1) to develop a program to enhance perspective on public consciousness of police volunteers 2) to implement the program to enhance perspective on public consciousness of police volunteers and 3) to study problem and recommendation in developing and using program to enhance perspective on public consciousness of police volunteers. The present study employed framework which integrated experiential learning and collaborative learning including critical reflection. The population was 250 police volunteers of Pattaya Provincial Police Station, Chonburi Province. The 60 subjects were divided into 2 groups: including 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the controlled group. The experimental group participated in the program for 110 hours. The research findings were as follows: 1. The program to enhance perspective on public consciousness of police volunteers developed in this study involves the process of meditation, dialouge, value clarification, biographic reading, dramatization and social work. 2. The results of the program implementation were as follows: 1) there was a significant difference between the pre - test and the post - test scores of the experimental group at the level of 0.01,and 2) There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the controlled group score at the level of 0.01 3. The important factors contributing to success of the program to enhance perspective on public consciousness of police volunteers are the following: qualified learners, directly experienced instructors, various and practical course contents , learning activities that promote participatory learning, appropriate training duration, learning resources and media that are derived from experiential learning , relaxing and friendly learning atmospheres. However, it is worth noting that no obstacles were found in the implementation of this study. |
