Abstract:	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่มีผลต่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมโดยใช้รถรางที่จัดโดยเทศบาลเมือง จังหวัดน่าน และเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่มีต่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมโดยใช้รถรางที่จัดโดยเทศบาลเมือง จังหวัดน่าน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เข้ามาท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมโดยใช้รถรางที่จัดโดยเทศบาลเมือง จังหวัดน่าน จำนวน 400 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามในการรวบรวมข้อมูลมีค่า IOC เท่ากับ 0.84 และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟา เท่ากับ 0.86 นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติสมการถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่านักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยมีความคาดหวังโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้บริการรถรางในการท่องเที่ยงเชิงวัฒนธรรมที่จัดโดยเทศบาลเมือง จังหวัดน่านโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมโดยใช้รถรางที่จัดโดยเทศบาลเมือง จังหวัดน่าน ความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่มีต่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมโดยใช้รถราง ที่จัดโดยเทศบาลเมือง จังหวัดน่าน ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยมีความคาดหวังโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รวมทั้งมีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้บริการรถรางในการท่องเที่ยงเชิงวัฒนธรรมที่จัดโดยเทศบาลเมือง จังหวัดน่านโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก การทดสอบสมติฐาน ความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมโดยใช้รถรางที่จัดโดยเทศบาลเมือง จังหวัดน่าน และความคาดหวังไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย ที่มีต่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมโดยใช้รถราง ที่จัดโดยเทศบาลเมือง จังหวัดน่าน
Other Abstract:	The purpose of this research aims to study the expectation and the satisfaction of Thai tourists influencing towards tram services to cultural tourism provided by Nan municipality and to explore the correlation between the expectation and the satisfaction of Thai tourists towards tram services to cultural tourism provided by Nan municipality. The samples used in this study were 400 Thai tourists who travelled with tram services to cultural tourism provided by Nan municipality. This research adopted questionnaires as a main method for the data collection with IOC of 0.84 and coefficient alpha equal of 0.86. This study also applied statistical data analysis with the determination of patterns in the data such as frequency, standard deviation, Multiple Regression and Pearson Correlation. This research showed that Thai tourists had highest level of expectations, high level of satisfactions and high level of opinions towards tram services to cultural tourism provided by Nan municipality. For hypothesis testing, the satisfaction and the expectation of Thai tourists had no influence towards tram services to cultural tourism provided by Nan municipality as well as the satisfaction had no correlation to the expectation of Thai tourists towards tram services to cultural tourism provided by Nan municipality. The findings of this research showed that Thai tourists had highest level of expectations, high level of satisfactions, and high level of opinions towards tram services to cultural tourism provided by Nan municipality. The satisfaction and the expectation of Thai tourists had no influence towards tram services to cultural tourism provided by Nan municipality. The satisfaction had no correlation to the expectation of Thai tourists towards tram services to cultural tourism provided by Nan municipality.
