| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับผลของการจัดทำโครงการอาหารกลางวันดีเด่นในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ ผู้วิจัยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการส่งแบบสอบถาม และเก็บคะแนนจากแบบประเมินผลการดำเนินโครงการอาหารกลางวัน ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้บริหารและครูหัวหน้าโครงการอาหารกลางวันในโรงเรียนโครงการอาหารกลางวันดีเก่น จำนวน 162 โรงเรียน โดยศึกษารวม และแยกประเภทเป็นโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ ขนาดกลาง และขนาดเล็กได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา 324 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 83.00 ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบพหุคูณ และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานโครงการอาหารกลางวันดีเด่นโดยส่วนใหญ่เป็นปัจจัยที่มีผลอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้นปัจจัยรูปแบบการจัดทำอาหารกลางวันเป็นปัจจัยที่มีผลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับโครงการอาหารกลางวันดีเด่นในทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 คือ กิจกรรมสหกรณ์ในโรงเรียน การวางแผนดำเนินงานบุคลากร วัสดุและอุปกรณ์ การจัดการการบริหารโครงการ งบประมาณ การบูรณาการกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนเพื่ออาหารกลางวัน รูปแบบการจัดทำอาหารกลางวัน และความร่วมมือของชุมชน 3. ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับผลการดำเนินงาน โครงการอาหารกลางวันดีเด่นในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษามีดังต่อไปนี้ 3.1 โรงเรียนทุกขนาด มี 2 ปัจจัยเรียงตามลำดับความสำคัญ คือ การบูรณาการกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนเพื่ออาหารกลางวัน และงบประมาณ 3.2 โรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ มี 1 ปัจจัย คือ รูปแบบการจัดทำอาหารกลางวัน 3.3 โรงเรียนขนาดกลาง มี 2 ปัจจัยเรียงลำดับความสำคัญ คือ กิจกรรมสหกรณ์ในโรงเรียน และงบประมาณ 3.4 โรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก มี 1 ปัจจัย คือ การบูรณาการกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนเพื่ออาหารกลางวัน |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the factors related to the result of the Outstanding Lunch Program operations in elementary schools under the Jurisdiction of the National Primary Education Commission. Data were gathered by questionnaires and the scores from the lunch program evaluation. The sample were administrators and teachers who were heads of the 162 Outstanding Lunch Program schools classified as large sizes, medium sized and small sizes. The total of 324 questionnaires, accounted for 83 percent were returned. The obtained data were analyzed in terms of percentages, means, standard deviations, pearson’s product moment correlation coefficients, multicorrelation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. Most factors affected the operations of the Outstanding School Lunch Program at the high level except the organization of the program affected at the moderate level. 2. Factors positively related to the success of the Outstanding Lunch Programs at the significant level of .01 consisted of the school’s background, agricultural program for lunch, co-operative activities in schools, planning, personnel, materials, management and administration, budgeting, integration of lunch programs instrucational activities, program organization and community support. 3. Factors related to the result of the Outstanding Lunch Program, Classified by school sizes : 3.1 In any school sizes, there were integration of lunch programs instructional activities and budgeting, respectively. 3.2 In large school sizes, there was only the program organization. 3.3 In medium school sizes, there were co-operative in schools and budgeting, respectively. 3.4 In small school sizes, there was only the integration of lunch programs instructional activities. |
