| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาความเข้าใจของศึกษานิเทศก์ เกี่ยวกับงานตามหน้าที่ของศึกษานิเทศก์ สำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ เขตการศึกษา 9 วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ศึกษานิเทศก์สำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ ในเขตการศึกษา 9 ประกอบด้วยจังหวัดเลย อุดรธานี ขอนแก่น สกลนครและหนองคาย จำนวน 264 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสำรวจเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากจำนวนแบบสอบถามและแบบสำรวจที่ส่งไป 264 ชุดได้รับกลับคืนมาที่มีความสมบูรณ์และเชื่อถือได้จำนวน 213 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 80.68 นำมาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สรุปผลการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่าศึกษานิเทศก์สำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ เขตการศึกษา 9 มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับงานตามหน้าที่ของศึกษานิเทศก์สำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ โดยส่วนรวมอยู่ระดับปานกลางและเมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละด้านพบว่า ศึกษานิเทศก์สำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ มีความเข้าใจอยู่ในระดับมากเกี่ยวกับงานการเรียนการสอน งานสนับสนุนวิชาการ นอกนั้นมีความเข้าใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง หากจำแนกตามจังหวัดพบว่า ศึกษานิเทศก์สำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอในจังหวัดเลย มีความเข้าใจในระดับมากในด้านงานการเรียนการสอน งานสนับสนุนวิชาการ ในระดับน้อยในงานด้านงานพัฒนาการศึกษา งานจัดทำแผนงบประมาณและขอตั้งงบประมาณ งานเลขานุการคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ และกิ่งอำเภอ นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในจังหวัดอุดรธานีพบว่าศึกษานิเทศก์สำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอมีความเข้าใจในระดับมากในด้าน งานการเรียนการสอน งานสนับสนุนวิชาการ และมีความเข้าใจอยู่ในระดับน้อยในด้านงานพัฒนาการศึกษา นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในจังหวัดขอนแก่นพบว่า ศึกษานิเทศก์สำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ มีความเข้าใจในระดับมากในด้าน งานการเรียนการสอน งานสนับสนุน วิชาการ งานเลขานุการคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ และกิ่งอำเภอ นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในจังหวัดสกลนครพบว่า ศึกษานิเทศก์สำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอมีความเข้าใจในระดับมากในด้าน งานเรียนการสอน งานสนับสนุนวิชาการ นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในจังหวัดหนองคายพบว่า ศึกษานิเทศก์สำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอมีความเข้าใจในระดับมากในด้าน งานเรียนการสอน งานนิเทศและการตรวจเยี่ยม งานสนับสนุนวิชาการ ในระดับน้อยในด้าน งานพัฒนาการศึกษา นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง หากจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาพบว่า ศึกษานิเทศก์สำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอระดับปริญญาตรีมีความเข้าใจในระดับมากในด้าน งานการเรียนการสอน งานสนับสนุนวิชาการ นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนศึกษานิเทศก์สำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอที่มีวุฒิสูงกว่าระดับปริญญาตรีมีความเข้าใจในระดับมากที่สุดในด้าน งานการเรียนการสอน ในระดับมากในด้านงานนิเทศและตรวจเยี่ยม งานสนับสนุนวิชาการ งานเลขานุการคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อจำแนกตาม พ.ศ. ที่เข้าดำรงตำแหน่ง พบว่า ศึกษานิเทศก์ที่เข้าดำรงตำแหน่งในปีพ.ศ. 2525 มีความเข้าใจในระดับมากในด้าน งานการเรียนการสอน งานสนับสนุนวิชาการ นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนศึกษานิเทศก์สำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอที่เข้าดำรงตำแหน่งในปี พ.ศ. 2527 พบว่า มีความเข้าใจในระดับมากในด้าน งานการเรียนการสอน งานสนับสนุนวิชาการ ในระดับน้อยในด้าน งานพัฒนาการศึกษา นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนศึกษานิเทศก์สำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอที่เข้าดำรงตำแหน่งหลังจากปี พ.ศ. 2527 พบว่า มีความเข้าใจในระดับมากในด้าน งานการเรียนการสอน งานสนับสนุนวิชาการ นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง |
| Other Abstract: | Purpose: To study the supervisors’ understanding towards supervisory functions of supervisors under the jurisdiction of the Office of District Primary Education, Educational Region Nine. Procedures: The sample used in this study consisted of 264 supervisors under the jurisdiction of the Office of District Primary Education in Educational Region Nine which comprised of Loie, Undornthani, Khonkhean, Sakonakorn and Nongkai. A questionnaire and test were used as a methods of gathering data for this study. From the total 264 copies of questionnaire and test sent out, 213 copies or 80.68 percent were completed and returned. Data were analized by using percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. Findings: The results of this study showed that the supervisory understanding of supervisors under the jurisdiction of the Office of District Primary Education in Educational Region Nine was at the high level concerning the task of instruction, academic supporting task while their understanding concerning other tasks were at the moderate level. With regard to their understandings as classified by provinces the results showed that: In Loie, the supervisory understanding was at the high level concerning the instructional task academic supporting task, and were at the low level concerning the education at development task, begetting, and committee secretary, while their understanding concerning other tasks were at moderate level. In Udornthani, the supervisory understanding were at the high level concerning the instructional task, academic supporting task, and was at the low level concerning educational development task, while their understanding concerning other tasks were at the moderate level. In Khonkhean, the supervisory understanding were at the high level concerning the instructional task, the academic supporting task, the committee secretary task, while their understanding concerning other tasks were at the moderate level. In Sakonakorn, the supervisory understanding were at the high level concerning the instructional task and the academic supporting task, while their understanding concerning other tasks were at the moderate level. In Nognkai, the supervisory understanding were at the high level concerning the instructional task, the supervision task, and the academic supporting task, and was at the low level concerning the education at development task, while their understanding concerning other tasks were at the moderate level. With regard to their educational background, the results showed that: the understanding of the supervisors with bachelor degree were at the high level concerning the instructional task and the academic supporting, where as their understanding concerning other tasks were at the moderate level, while the understanding of those with graduate degree was at the highest level concerning the instructional task, and were at the high level concerning supervision task, academic supporting task, and committee secretary task, while their understanding concerning other tasks were at the moderate level. With regard to date of assignment the results showed that: the understanding of those who were assigned during B.E. 2525 were at the high level concerning the instructional task, academic supporting task, while their understanding concerning other tasks were at the moderate level. Of those who were assigned during B.E. 2527, their understanding were at the high level concerning the instructional task, academic supporting task, and was at the low level concerning the educational development task, while their understanding concerning other tasks were at the moderate level. Supervisors who were assigned during other years rather than B.E. 2525 and B.E. 2527 their understanding were at the high level concerning the instructional task, and the academic supporting task, while their understanding concerning other tasks were at the moderate level. |
