| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง ศึกษาสองกลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบ 1) คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทก่อนและหลังได้รับการดูแลตามรูปแบบการจำหน่ายแบบเปลี่ยนผ่าน 2) คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามรูปแบบการจำหน่ายแบบเปลี่ยนผ่านกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่เข้ารับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลจิตเวชนครราชสีมาราชนครินทร์ ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์จำนวน 40 คน ได้รับการจับคู่ด้วย เพศ และระยะเวลาการเจ็บป่วย แล้วสุ่มเป็น กลุ่มทดลอง 20 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 20 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับการดูแลตามรูปแบบการจำหน่ายแบบเปลี่ยนผ่าน ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ 1) รูปแบบการจำหน่ายแบบเปลี่ยนผ่าน 2) แบบประเมินสัมพันธภาพเพื่อการบำบัด (Relationship Form) และ3) แบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตขององค์กรอนามัยโลกชุดย่อ ฉบับภาษาไทย (WHOQOL –BREF –THAI) 4) แบบประเมินความรู้พยาบาลในชุมชน 5) แบบประเมินความรู้ของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท เครื่องมือชุดที่ 1, 2, 4 และ 5 ได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงของเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 ท่าน เครื่องมือชุดที่ 3 มีค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าคอนบราคเท่ากับ .74 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ทดสอบที่ (t-test) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในกลุ่มทดลองที่ได้รับการดูแลตามรูปแบบการจำหน่ายแบบเปลี่ยนผ่าน มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นกว่าก่อนการทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในกลุ่มทดลองที่ได้รับการดูแลตามรูปแบบการจำหน่ายแบบเปลี่ยนผ่าน มีคุณภาพชีวิตสูงกว่าผู้ป่วยจิตเภทกลุ่มควบคุมที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study is a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest two groups research design. The objective were to compare: 1) quality of life of schizophrenic patients before and after received transitional discharge model, and 2) quality of life of schizophrenic patients who received transitional discharge model and those who received regular nursing care. Forty in-patients admitted at Nakhon Ratchasima Psychiatric Hospital, who met the inclusion criteria, were matched-pairs with gender and number of year after diagnosis and then randomly assigned to control and experimental group, 20 subjects in each group. The experimental group received transitional discharge model whereas the control group received regular nursing care. Research instruments were: 1) the transitional discharge model, 2) the relationship form, 3) the WHOQOL –BREF –THAI, 4) the test on knowledge of community nurse, and 5) the test on knowledge of schizophrenic patients. The 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th instruments were tested for content validity by panel of 5 experts. The reliability of the 3rd instrument was report by Chronbach’s Alpha as of .74. The t-test was used in data analysis. The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1. After the experiment, quality of life of schizophrenic patients who received transitional discharge model was significantly higher than that before, at the .05 level; 2. after the experiment, quality of life of schizophrenic patients who received transitional discharge model was significantly higher than those of patients who participated in regular nursing care, at the .05 level. | en_US |
