| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ระดับประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 และเพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย ใช้กรอบแนวคิดองค์ประกอบประสิทธิผลตามแนวทางประเมินองค์การแบบสมดุล (Balanced Scorecard) ของ Kaplan และ Norton เพื่อวัดระดับประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 4 ชุด ประชากรและผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 จำนวน 67 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ ครู นักเรียน และผู้ปกครอง รวมผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 402 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ระดับประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 มีประสิทธิผลอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 4 ด้าน โดยด้านผู้รับบริการ มีประสิทธิผลสูงสุด รองลงมาคือด้านการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนา ด้านการเงิน และด้านกระบวนการภายใน ตามลำดับ 2. แนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 มีทั้งหมด 15 แนวทางที่มีความเหมาะสมเป็นไปได้ โดยด้านการวางแผน 6 แนวทาง ด้านการนำแผนสู่การปฏิบัติ 4 แนวทาง ด้านการประเมินผล 5 แนวทาง |
| Other Abstract: | This study aims to analyze the levels of the effectiveness of secondary schools under secondary school educational service area 1 and to present the guideline to increase the effectiveness of secondary schools under secondary school educational service area 1 by using descriptive research methodology. In addition, this research adopted the conceptual framework of elements of effectiveness followed Balanced Scorecard by Kaplan and Norton to assess the levels of the effectiveness of secondary school under this educational service area. The instruments used in the study was four questionnaires. The population and data providers were 67 secondary schools under this educational service area, and 402 data providers were directors, vice-directors, heads of learning area, teachers, students, and parents. The data were analyzed by using average and standard deviation. The results showed that: 1. the levels of the effectiveness of secondary schools under secondary school educational service area 1 were at high. Considered on each perspectives, it was at high level in four perspectives. It was found that the customers was the highest effectiveness, followed by learning and growth, finance, and the internal processes, respectively. 2. there were 15 guidelines to increase the effectiveness of secondary schools under this educational service area which were appropriate and feasible. |
