| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทดสอบอิทธิพลของบุคลิกภาพแบบไม่มั่นคงทางอารมณ์, บุคลิกภาพแบบเข้าสังคม และการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง ต่อการทำพฤติกรรมนักเลงคีย์บอร์ด นอกจากนี้ยังต้องการทดสอบอิทธิพลส่งผ่านและอิทธิพลกำกับของการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองต่อพฤติกรรมดังกล่าวด้วย โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นบุคคลทั่วไป ที่มีอายุระหว่าง 18-25 ปี จำนวน 337 คน แบ่งเป็นเพศหญิง 271 คน เพศชาย 60คน และเพศอื่น ๆ 6 คน ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยสถิติการถดถอยพหุคูณ พบว่า การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองมีสหสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับพฤติกรรมนักเลงคีย์บอร์ด แต่บุคลิกภาพแบบไม่มั่นคงทางอารมณ์ มีสหสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมนักเลงคีย์บอร์ด ทั้งนี้ ไม่พบอิทธิพลส่งผ่านของการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองต่อความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคลิกภาพแบบไม่มั่นคงทางอารมณ์ และพฤติกรรมนักเลงคีย์บอร์ด เช่นเดียวกับไม่พบอิทธิพลกำกับของการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองต่อความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคลิกภาพแบบเข้าสังคมและพฤติกรรมนักเลงคีย์บอร์ด คำสำคัญ: พฤติกรรมนักเลงคีย์บอร์ด (Internet trolling), การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง (Self-esteem), บุคลิกภาพแบบเข้าสังคม (Extraversion), บุคลิกภาพแบบไม่มั่นคงทางอารมณ์ (Neuroticism) |
| Other Abstract: | This research examined the influence of neuroticism and extraversion, and self-esteem on Internet trolling. In addition, the mediating and moderating effects of self-esteem were also investigated. Three hundred and thirty -seven participants whose age are between 18 – 25 years old, 60 males and 271 females and 6 others completed measures of self-report self-esteem, five factors personality and internet trolling. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypotheses. As expected, results showed that self-esteem was negatively correlated with Internet trolling, but neuroticism was positively correlated with Internet trolling. However, self-esteem did not mediate the relationship between neuroticism and Internet trolling nor moderate the relationship between extraversion and Internet trolling. Implications and future directions were discussed. |
