| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประเภทและการกระจายตัวของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมขนาดกลาง และปัจจัยในการเลือกที่ตั้งของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมขนาดกลาง รวมทั้งการศึกษาสภาพปัญหาในการเลือกที่ตั้งของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมขนาดกลางในจังหวัดปทุมธานี แยกอธิบายปัจจัยตามความเห็นของผู้ประกอบการตามประเภทอุตสาหกรรม ตามแหล่งที่ตั้งและตามช่วงอายุโรงงาน โดยใช้ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิและข้อมูลปฐมภูมิเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเลือกที่ตั้งโรงงาน สภาพปัญหาหรืออุปสรรคในการเลือกที่ตั้งของโรงงานด้วยการสัมภาษณ์โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมขนาดกลางที่ตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ศึกษามี 8 ประเภท ปัจจัยที่ผู้ประกอบการให้ความสำคัญในการเลือกที่ตั้งของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมขนาดกลางมากที่สุด 5 ลำดับแรก คือ (1 ) ปัจจัยด้านคมนาคมขนส่ง สะดวก รวดเร็ว (2) ปัจจัยด้านความพร้อมของระบบสาธารณูปโภค (3) ปัจจัยด้านราคาที่ดิน (4) ปัจจัยด้านแรงงาน และ (5) ปัจจัยด้านการเป็นเขตประกอบการอุตสาหกรรม และเมื่อพิจารณาปัจจัยที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการเลือกที่ตั้งจำแนกตามประเภทอุตสาหกรรม พบว่า อุตสาหกรรมเกษตรให้ความสำคัญกับปัจจัยด้านวัตถุดิบเป็นลำดับแรก ส่วนอุตสาหกรรมอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม อุตสาหกรรมไม้และแปรรูปไม้ อุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอและเครื่องนุ่งห่ม อุตสาหกรรมเคมีและพลาสติก อุตสาหกรรมโลหะและอโลหะ อุตสาหกรรมบริการแสะอุตสาหกรรมอื่น ๆ ให้ความสำคัญกับปัจจัยด้านการคมนาคมเป็นลำดับแรก สอดคล้องกับการพิจารณาความสำคัญของปัจจัยการเลือกที่ตั้งตามพื้นที่ พบว่า ให้ความสำคัญกับปัจจัยด้านการคมนาคมเป็นส่วนใหญ่ มีเพียงโรงงานที่ตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่อำเภอลาดหลุมแก้วที่ให้ความสำคัญกับปัจจัยด้านวัตถุดิบเป็นลำดับแรก และการพิจารณาปัจจัยที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการเลือกที่ตั้งโรงงานตามช่วงอายุของโรงงาน พบว่า โรงงานในแต่ละช่วงอายุนั้นล้วนให้ความสำคัญกับปัจจัยด้านการคมนาคมเป็นปัจจัยลำดับแรก และมีปัจจัยด้านการเป็นเขตประกอบการ ปัจจัยด้านระบบสาธารณูปโภค เป็นลำดับรองลงมา สำหรับปัญหาในการเลือกที่ตั้งของโรงงานนั้น พบว่า ปัญหาด้านราคาที่ดินเป็นปัญหาที่พบมากสุด รองลงมาคือ ระบบสาธารณูปโภคและระบบการคมนาคมและบทบาทที่ผู้ประกอบการอยากให้ภาครัฐช่วยเหลือ คือ ด้านภาษี การควบคุมราคาวัตถุดิบ และปรับปรุงด้านระบบสาธารณูปโภค ตามลำดับ ดังนั้น ในการพัฒนาพื้นที่เพื่อประกอบกิจการอุตสาหกรรมขนาดกลาง ภาครัฐจึงควรให้การสนับสนุนและส่งเสริม อีกทั้งการปรับหลักเกณฑ์และเงื่อนไขให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้ประกอบการ โดยคำนึงถึงผลประโยชน์และผลกระทบต่อพื้นที่ร่วมกัน รวมทั้งสนับสนุนให้เกิดความเชื่อมโยงกับอุตสาหกรรมขนาดเล็กและขนาดใหญ่ทั้งในพื้นที่ศึกษาและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The research aims to investigate the site selection factors considered by manufacturers of medium-sized enterprises in Pathum Thani Province, in accordance with types of industry, locations, and operation periods. The scope of study includes the description of all types of medium-sized industries and their distribution in each district, the ranking of site selection factors by manufacturers through Percentage Average Weighting technique, problems concerning the site selection, and the manufacturer’s need for assistance from the government. Primary data are collected through structured interview using both mailed and administered questionaires. Research results show that there are 8 types of medium-sized industries in Pathum Thani Province, i.e., agricultural, food and beverage, wood and wood product, textile and garment, chemical and plastic, metal and non-metal, service, and others industry. The 5 most important site selection factors ranked by all manufacturers are transportation network, public utilities, land price, labor, and industrial zone, respectively. Considering site selection factors by type of industry, it is found out that raw material is the most important factor for manufacturers in agricultural industry, while others rank transportation as the most important one. Tranportation is ranked highest for industries in all district except in Ladlumkaew District, and also for enterprises of all operation periods. The problems cited by manufacturers are on land price, followed by public utilities, and transportation network. Assistance from the government needed by manufacturers concerns taxation, raw material price control, and improvement of public utilities. | - |
