| Abstract: | การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจิตเกท ก่อนและหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจิตเภท จำนวน 20 คน ได้จากการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติที่กำหนด จากผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตอำเภอบางปลาม้า จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนางของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจิตเภท แบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิต (WHOQOL-BREF-THAI) และแบบประเมินพลังอำนาจ เครื่องมือทั้ง 3 ชุดได้ ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน และหาค่าความเที่ยงของ แบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิต และแบบประเมินพลังอำนาจ ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .93 และ.85 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบค่าที (Paired t - test) ผลการศึกษาที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้ คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจิตเกท ภายหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจสูงกว่าก่อนใช้โปรแกรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to compare the quality of life of family caregivers of schizophrenic patients before and after using empowerment program. The sample were 20 family caregivers of schizophrenic patients who met the inclusion criteria in Bangplama district, Suphanburi province. The study instruments were empowerment program for family caregivers of schizophrenic patients, quality of life measurement scale (WHOQOL-BREF-THAI), and empowerment appraisal scale. All instruments were test for the content validity by 3 professional experts and reliability test of the scales. The reliability of the two scales were .93 and .85 respectively. Frequency, mean and standard deviation were used for data analysis. Paired t-test were used to compare quality of life score before and after using empowerment program. Major findings were as follows : Quality of life of family caregivers of schizophrenic patients who received empowerment program after using empowerment program was significantly higher than before using empowerment program, at the .05 level. |
