| Abstract: | ศึกษาสมรรถภาพพื้นฐานทางวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีที่พึงประสงค์ สำหรับผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ตามความคิดเห็นของนักวิทยาศาสตร์ นักการศึกษาวิทยาศาสตร์ ผู้บริหารการศึกษา ครูวิทยาศาสตร์ ผู้บริหารรัฐวิสาหกิจ และองค์กรเอกชนด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ตัวอย่างประชากรได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจงจำนวน 210 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้วิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับ สมรรถภาพพื้นฐานทางวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีสำหรับผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตัวอย่างประชากรทั้ง 5 กลุ่ม มีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับสมรรถภาพพื้นฐานทางวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ที่พึงประสงค์สำหรับผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านความรู้ เจตคติ และด้านทักษะปฏิบัติในระดับควรมีมาก โดยเรียงลำดับสูงสุด 5 ลำดับแรกตามค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตดังนี้ ด้านความรู้ ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ควรมีสมรรถภาพพื้นฐานด้านความรู้ ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ด้าน คือ 1. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ วิธีการแสวงหาความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ การนำความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน คุณภาพของสิ่งแวดล้อมและการอนุรักษ์ สารอาหาร คุณค่า และแหล่งของสารอาหาร การอนุรักษ์พลังงานและการแสวงหาแหล่งพลังงานทดแทน 2. มีความสามารถในการใช้ความรู้โดย 1)ใช้วิธีทางวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อแก้ปัญหา 2)คิดวิเคราะห์วิจารณ์ข้อมูลข่าวสารทางวิทยาศาสตร์อย่างมีเหตุผล 3)ใช้ความรู้ในการแก้ปัญหาและดำเนินชีวิตอย่างริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ 4)ผสมผสานความรู้ทางวิทยาศาตร์และเทคโนโลยีกับการดำเนินชีวิตในสังคม ได้เป็นอย่างดี 5)ใช้ความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ในการดำเนินชีวิตอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ด้านเจตคติ ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ควรมีสมรรถภาพพื้นฐานด้านเจตคติดังนี้ 1.มีความซื่อสัตย์ 2.มีใจกว้างยอมรับความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของผู้อื่น 3.กล้าแสดงออก 4.มีความอดทนไม่ท้อถอย หรือไม่ล้มเลิกความพยายามเมื่อประสบปัญหา 5.ยอมรับความจริงที่มีเหตุผล ด้านทักษะปฏิบัติ ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ควรมีสมรรถภาพพื้นฐานด้านทักษะปฏิบัติดังนี้ 1.ใช้อุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีได้อย่างเหมาะสม 2.ใช้อุปกรณ์ทางวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีได้อย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย 3.ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ทางวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีได้อย่างเหมาะสม 4.ใช้เครื่องมือวัดปริมาณของสิ่งต่างๆ เหมาะสมกับสิ่งที่วัดรวมทั้งระบุหน่วยของสิ่งที่วัดอย่างถูกต้อง 5. ตรวจสอบสมบัติหรือคุณภาพของสารหรือสิ่งต่างๆ ด้วยวิธีการที่เหมาะสม |
| Other Abstract: | To study desirable scientific and technological basic competencies for the upper secondary education graduates according to the opinions of scientists, science educators, educational administrators, and administrators of state enterprises and private corporations in science and technology. The samples were 210 persons selected by using purposive sampling. The research instrument was the questionnaire concerning scientific and technological basic competencies for the upper secondary education graduates. The obtained data were analyzed by using arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The results of this research showed that the five groups of samples agreed at the high level that the desirable scientific and technological basic competencies for the upper secondary education graduates in the aspects of knowledge, scientific attitudes and manipulative skills which were ranked from the 5 highest level according to the arithmetic mean were as follows. Knowledge: The upper secondary education graduates should have desirable basic competencies in the aspects of knowledge which divided into two issues as follows: 1. Having knowledge about 1) scientific inquiry, 2) application of science and technology knowledge in daily life, 3) the environmental quality and conservation, 4) nutrient value and source of nutrient, 5) conservation of energy and searching for alternative energy. 2. Having ability in 1) using scientific method in problem solving, 2) thinking critically and rationally about scientific information, 3) using knowledge in solving problem and in everyday life creatively, 4) integrating scientific and technological knowledge well with the way of life in society, 5) using scientific and technological knowledge in everyday life effectively. Attitudes: The upper secondary education graduates should have desirable basic competencies in the aspects of attitudes as follow. 1. Having honesty. 2. Having broad-mindedness, accepting others' opinions and suggestions. 3. Having courage in showing of ones' opinions. 4. Tolerating and do not giving up in trying when confronting with problems. 5. Willing to accept reasonable truth. Manipulative skills : The upper secondary education graduates should have desirable basic competencies in the aspects of manipulative skills as follow. 1. Having skills in using scientific and technological instruments suitably. 2. Having skills in using scientific and technological instruments correctly and safely. 3. Having skills in using scientific and technological products suitably. 4. Having ability in using measuring instruments suitably, including specifying unit correctly. 5. Having skills in verifying the property or quality of things suitably. |
