| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการ และทักษะของคนในสังคม 5.0 2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานครตามแนวคิดทักษะของคนในสังคม 5.0 และ 3) นำเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานครตามแนวคิดทักษะของคนในสังคม 5.0 โดยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Method) ประชากร คือ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 362 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 193 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้อำนวยการหรือรองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน หัวหน้าหรือรองหัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ และครู รวมทั้งสิ้น 579 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมีแบบประเมินกรอบแนวคิด แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของ (ร่าง) แนวทางฯ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น ฐานนิยม และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการ ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา การจัดการเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม และแหล่งเรียนรู้ และการวัดและประเมินผล กรอบแนวคิดทักษะของคนในสังคม 5.0 ประกอบด้วย 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ทักษะความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ทักษะดิจิทัล ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการตีความและตอบสนองต่อความรู้และสารสนเทศ ทักษะการคิดเชิงวิพากษ์และสืบค้นทางวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการแก้ปัญหาที่ซับซ้อน ทักษะการบริหารจัดการคน และทักษะการค้นหาและสร้างคุณค่า 2) สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานครตามแนวคิดทักษะของคนในสังคม 5.0 อยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาแยกรายด้าน พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบัน การจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะดิจิทัลของคนในสังคม 5.0 มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.734) และการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการตีความและตอบสนองต่อความรู้และสารสนเทศของคนในสังคม 5.0 มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.563) สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ การจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของคนในสังคม 5.0 มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.550) และการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการตีความและตอบสนองต่อความรู้และสารสนเทศของคนในสังคม 5.0 มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.451) 3) แนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานครตามแนวคิดทักษะของคนในสังคม 5.0 ประกอบด้วย 4 แนวทาง ดังนี้ (1) พัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม และแหล่งเรียนรู้ ด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและทักษะการบริหารจัดการคนของคนในสังคม 5.0 (2) พัฒนาการวัดและประเมินผล ด้านทักษะการคิดเชิงวิพากษ์และทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของคนในสังคม 5.0 (3) พัฒนาหลักสูตร ด้านทักษะการคิดเชิงวิพากษ์และทักษะความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ของคนในสังคม 5.0 (4) พัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านทักษะการคิดเชิงวิพากษ์และทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ของคนในสังคม 5.0 | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research aims to 1) study conceptual framework of academic management and people skills in society 5.0 2) study the current and desirable conditions of academic management development for private primary schools in Bangkok based on the concept of people skills in society 5.0 3) present the approaches for academic management development for private primary schools in Bangkok based on the concept of people skills in society 5.0. Mixed methods research are employed. The population was 362 private primary schools in Bangkok. The sample was 193 private primary schools in Bangkok. The data were collected from 579 school directors, and teachers. The instruments are conceptual framework evaluation form, questionnaire, and rating scale appropriability and possibility evaluation form. The data was analysed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, PNImodified, mode and content analysis. Research finding were 1) conceptual framework of academic management consisted of 4 elements which were curriculum development, learning management, development of material, innovation and learning resources and measurement and evaluation. Conceptual framework of people skills in society 5.0 consisted of 6 elements which were creative skills, digital skills, data analysis skills, interpretation and response to knowledge and information, critical thinking and scientific inquisition skills for solving complex problems, people management skills, and search and value creation skills. 2) the current conditions of academic management development for private primary schools in Bangkok based on the concept of people skills in society 5.0 was at high level. The desirable conditions was at the highest level. When considering each aspect found that current conditions of learning management for developing digital skill in society 5.0 was at the highest level (mean = 3.734) and curriculum development for developing data analysis skills, interpretation and response to knowledge and information in society 5.0 was at the lowest level (mean = 3.563). Desirable conditions learning management for developing creative skill in society 5.0 was at the highest level (mean = 4.550) and curriculum development for developing data analysis skills, interpretation and response to knowledge and information in society 5.0 was at the lowest level (mean = 4.451). 3) approaches for academic management development for private primary schools in Bangkok based on the concept of people skills in society 5.0 consisted of 4 approaches as follows: (1) develop material, innovation and learning resources in data analysis skills and people management skills in society 5.0 (2) develop measurement and evaluation in critical thinking skills and data analysis skills of people in society 5.0 (3) develop curriculum in critical thinking skills and creative skills of people in society 5.0 (4) develop learning management in critical thinking skills and data analysis skills of people in society 5.0 | - |
