dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยเรื่องการปรับปรุงระบบควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังร้านค้าปลีกวัสดุก่อสร้างนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเข้ามาช่วยในการบริหารจัดการสินค้าคงคลังของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา โดยการลดขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานภายในองค์กรและเพิ่มความถูกต้องของข้อมูล ซึ่งทำการศึกษาการจัดเก็บเอกสาร ข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงานจากการสัมภาษณ์และข้อมูลจากการสังเกตการณ์ระบบการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา จากนั้นได้ทำการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาของการจัดการระบบควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังที่เกิดขึ้น โดยใช้ทฤษฎีแผนภูมิการไหลของการดำเนินงานในการพิจารณาขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานที่ซ้ำซ้อน และใช้แผนผังสาเหตุและผล (Cause and Effect Diagram) ในการอธิบายปัญหาของการทำงานในปัจจุบันของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา และทำการหาแนวทางในการแก้ไขโดยการพัฒนาโปรแกรมควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังด้วยโปรแกรม Microsoft Access เพื่อสร้างระบบฐานข้อมูลและเพื่อควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังให้มีประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มมากขึ้น จากผลการศึกษาขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา พบว่า ระบบควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังที่พัฒนาขึ้นนั้นสามารถลดขั้นตอนในการดำเนินงานรวมทั้งหมดจาก 20 ขั้นตอน เหลือ 15 ขั้นตอน ซึ่งจะลดในขั้นตอนของการตรวจนับสินค้าคงคลังโดยวิธีตรวจนับด้วยระดับสายตามาใช้วิธีในการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศเข้ามาแทนการบันทึกข้อมูลสินค้าคงคลังด้วยวิธีการจดบันทึกลงกระดาษหรือสมุดและมีการเพิ่มขั้นตอนการตรวจนับสินค้าเพื่อให้ข้อมูลสินค้าคงคลังมีความถูกต้อง ง่ายต่อการตรวจสอบจำนวนสินค้าคงคลังให้ตรงกับในระบบ	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research aims to improve of inventory management of construction materials retail store by using information technology (IT) to reduced working processes and increased accuracy of information by investigated on document management, performance management by the interview and inventory management by observation. Next, the inventory management problems were analyzed by using the theory of work study to examine the duplicated procedures and cause and effect diagram method to described the problems found in the current procedures. Then, to resolve the obstacles, the development of the inventory control systems using Microsoft Access was practiced to create a database and improved the efficiency of inventory management. The results were discovered that the developed inventory management system was effective to reduce the total operation process from 20 steps to 15 steps. It resulted in reducing the process of physical inventory counting by visual control. In addition, weekly inventory count was also used to ensure accurate inventory information and to verify that the actual inventory is equaled with the information system.	en_US
