Other Abstract:	Reports on the information systems workshop organized by the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) at Washington, D.C. and training and orientation in technical information systems at Battelle Columbus Laboratories, Columbus, Ohio. The objective of the workshop and training course are to improve and help technical information managers in the transfer of technical information systems overseas including the upgrading of the skills for technical information management. The workshop topics are presented, covering technical report numbers, cataloguing indexing, on-line searches, user education and order processing. Observation visits to university library. Information centers and special libraries are also included.
