Other Abstract:	One of major questions that libraries often ask themselves is “how well is our service?”. Evaluation can be useful activity to answer such questions. This article provides the rationales for conducting evaluation, noting evaluation process, criteria and measures employed as well as the selection of measurement. It also demonstrates how the evaluation of library services can be done, citing the evaluation of reserve system in a university library. Data collection forms used in the evaluation are appended.
