dc.description.abstract	โครงการศึกษาการออกแบบเชิงโครงสร้างสำหรับอาหารพร้อมรับประทาน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจและตรวจสอบปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องของการออกแบบเชิงโครงสร้างสำหรับอาหารพร้อมรับประทานที่มีอยู่ ประกอบกับการค้นคว้าทฤษฎีการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์เชิงโครงสร้าง โดยคำนึงถึงผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อนำไปประยุกต์ใช้สำหรับกรณีศึกษาโครงการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์สำหรับอาหารพร้อมรับประทานภายใต้เงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ การทดลองนำกลยุทธ์ทางด้านการออกแบบเพื่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ได้แก่ การเลือกใช้วัสดุที่สามารถปลูกทดแทนได้ และการสร้างให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด มาประยุกต์ใช้สำหรับกรณีศึกษาโครงการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ โดยจัดให้อยู่ในขั้นตอนของการออกแบบเชิงมโนทัศน์ ซึ่งเป็นช่วงต้นของกระบวนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ผลที่ได้รับจากโครงการคือตัวอย่างแนวทางการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์เพื่อสิ่งแวดล้อม และทฤษฎีการออกแบบเชิงโครงสร้างสำหรับอาหารพร้อมรับประทาน ซึ่งในส่วนของทฤษฎีจะประกอบไปด้วย 2 ส่วนคือ โมเดลกระบวนการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ใหม่ และหลักการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์เชิงโครงสร้างสำหรับกล่องพับขึ้นรูปสไตล์ถาด	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The study of the structural packaging design for ready-to-eat food aims at surveying and verifying related problems of the structural packaging design for ready-to-eat food (RTE) as well as to explore the theory of the structural packaging design regarding the environmental impact in order to verify by the case studies of packaging design for RTE food under various conditions. Experiment on two environmental design strategies such as material selection and optimization was implemented for case studies of the RTE packaging design project. The experiment presented in the conceptual design phase which is the early stage of the new product development. The results of this study are a sample of the packaging design guideline for the environmental concern including frameworks of the RTE structural packaging design. The empirical study of the design frameworks consists of a packaging design process model and the principle of folding a tray style.	en_US
