| Abstract: | บทความนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์มโนอุปลักษณ์และวิเคราะห์หน้าที่มโนอุปลักษณ์เกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ในข่าวการเมืองไทยบนเว็บไซต์ไทยรัฐออนไลน์ จำนวน 606 ตัวบท ผลการศึกษาพบว่ามีมโนอุปลักษณ์เกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ทั้งสิ้น 6 ประเภท ได้แก่ อุปลักษณ์เกี่ยวกับไฟ สารพิษ ภัยพิบัติ การรักษาโรค การเดินทาง และสงคราม สะท้อนมโนทัศน์ว่าโรคดังกล่าวแพร่กระจายได้อย่างรวดเร็ว และส่งผลกระทบต่อความเป็นอยู่ของประชาชนและประเทศชาติเป็นวงกว้าง การแก้ไขสถานการณ์จึงจำเป็นต้องอาศัยผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีความรู้ความสามารถในเรื่องการแก้ไขและควบคุมสถานการณ์ พร้อมกับการขอความร่วมมือให้ประชาชนปฏิบัติตามมาตรการการป้องกันโรค จะทำให้ทุกคนในประเทศรอดพ้นจากสถานการณ์ดังกล่าวได้ ส่วนด้านหน้าที่พบว่ามโนอุปลักษณ์เหล่านี้ทำหน้าที่ 4 หน้าที่ คือ หน้าที่ถ่ายทอดความคิด หน้าที่บุคคลสัมพันธ์ หน้าที่การเรียบเรียงความ และหน้าที่ถ่ายทอดความคิดและบุคคลสัมพันธ์ โดยแต่ละหน้าที่จะสัมพันธ์กับองค์ประกอบของการสื่อสารในการนำเสนอสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ในข่าวการเมืองไทยออนไลน์ |
| Other Abstract: | This article analyzed conceptual metaphors and examined functions of conceptual metaphor about the Novel Coronavirus 2019 pandemic as printed in 606 Thai political news articles on the website www.thairath.co.th. Results were that six conceptual metaphors existed regarding the Coronavirus 2019 pandemic — fire, toxin, disaster, medical treatment, journey, and war. These reflected the quick spreading nature of the pandemic and the way it affected the entire population. Specialists needed to deal with the pandemic were competent in resolving and controlling maladies as well as persuading citizens to follow disease prevention measures to avoid higher death tolls. In terms of functions, there were four functions of conceptual metaphor including (1) ideational function, (2) interpersonal function, (3) textual function, and (4) ideational and interpersonal function. Each function was related to communication in presenting the pandemic of the coronavirus disease 2019 to the readers of Thai political news online. |
