| Abstract: | การศึกษาการชะลอการเจริญของของลูกอ๊อดกบนา Hoplobatrachus rugulosus ในภาวะอุณหภูมิต่ำในระดับฟาร์มการเลี้ยงลูกอ๊อดในภาวะอุณหภูมิต่ำในระดับฟาร์มเพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการเจริญต่อของลูกอ๊อดกบนาภายหลังจากการได้รับอุณหภูมิต่ำช่วงหนึ่งของระยะลูกอ๊อดในระดับฟาร์มและศึกษาขนาดของกบนาหลังจากการเจริญเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอุณหภูมิในระยะลูกอ๊อด ด้วยการเลี้ยงลูกอ๊อดในสภาพปกติ (แสง 12 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน อุณหภูมิเฉลี่ย35 องศาเซลเซียส) และในสภาพอุณหภูมิต่ำ (ห้องมืด-แสงสีแดงและอุณหภูมิเฉลี่ย 25 องศาเซลเซียส) เป็นระยะเวลา 16 สัปดาห์ จากระยะการเจริญ (Gosner stage, 1690) ระยะที่ 26-27 จนเป็นตัวสำเร็จ (complete metamorphosis) พบว่าลูกอ๊อดที่เลี้ยงในสภาพอุณหภูมิต่ำมีระยะเวลาการพัฒนาและขนาดไม่แตกต่างจากลูกอ๊อดที่เลี้ยงในสภาพปกติ |
| Other Abstract: | Low temperature was used to study growth retardation effect on East Asian bullfrog tadpoles (Hoplobatrachusrugulosus)at farm level. The experiment was carried out to study growth rate of the tadpoles after being exposed to low temperature for a specific period as well as the size of mature frog after low temperature treatment. Both regular condition (12 hours of light and average temperate of 35 degree Celsius) and treatment condition (dark-red light illumination and average temperate of 25 degree Celsius) were applied to the tadpole stage 26-27 (Gosner stage, 1690) for 16 weeks until complete metamorphosis. No difference in both growth rate and size were found in both control and treatment groups. |
