dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ข้อ คือ 1) เปรียบเทียบภาระในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว และ 2) เปรียบเทียบภาระในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัวกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท จำนวน 30 คน ได้รับการคัดเลือกตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติจากผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวที่ให้การดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบของศูนย์บริการสาธารณสุขที่ 21 วัดธาตุทอง กรุงเทพมหานคร แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 15 คน ด้วยการจับคู่ (matched pair) และการสุ่มเข้ากลุ่ม กลุ่มทดลองได้รับการดูแลตามโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัวที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว แบบวัดภาระในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท แบบวัดความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท และแบบวัดการสนับสนุนทางสังคมแของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ซึ่งได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวช จำนวน 5 ท่าน ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบวัดภาระในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทและแบบวัดการสนับสนุนทางสังคมของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทมีค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .93 และ .79 ตามลำดับ และแบบวัดความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทมีค่าความเที่ยง KR-20 เท่ากับ .80 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ภาระในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท หลังได้รับโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัวต่ำกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัวอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2. หลังการทดลองพบว่า ภาระในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท กลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัวต่ำกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this quasi-experimental study were twofold: 1) to compare the burden among family caregivers of schizophrenic patients before and after received family psychoeducation program, and 2) to compare the burden among family caregivers of schizophrenic patients who received family psychoeducation program, and those who received regular caring activities. Thirty caregivers of schizophrenic patients under responsibility of Health Center 21, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration were recruited according to the inclusion criteria. These samples were matched pair and then were randomly assigned to experimental group and control group, 15 subjects in each group. The experimental group received family psychoeducation program, whereas the control group received regular caring activities. Research instrument were family psychoeducation program, the caregiver burden scale, knowledge of caregivers test and social support scale. These instrument were tested for content validity by 5 experts. The reliability of caregiver burden scale and social support scale were reported using Chronbach’s Alpha coefficient as of .03 and .79, respectively. The reliability of knowledge of caregivers test was reported using KR-20 as of .80.the t-test was used in data analysis. Major findings were as follows: 1. The burden among family caregivers of schizophrenic patients who received family psychoeducation program after the experiment was significantly lower than that before experiment, at p. 01 level. 2. After the experimental, burden among family caregivers of schizophrenic patients who received family psychoeducation program was significantly lower than those who received regular caring activities at p. 01 level.	en
