dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง การสนับสนุนทางสังคม กับภาวะผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่างของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ จำนวน 242 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่างของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย มีค่าความเที่ยง .81, .93 และ .91 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบพอยท์ไบซีเรียล และสร้างสมการ ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยภาวะผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่างของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับสูง ([Mean] = 4.24) 2. การสนับสนุนทางสังคม การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง และระดับการศึกษา มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับ ภาวะผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่างของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .61, .52 และ 14 ตามลำดับ, p < .05) ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และการได้รับการอบรมหลักสูตรการบริหาร ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่างของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย 3. ตัวแปรที่ร่วมพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่างของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) คือ การสนับสนุนทางสังคมและการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง โดยสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่างของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ได้ร้อยละ 47.20 (R[superscript 2] = .472) มีสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้ Z[subscript ภาวะผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่าง] = .482Z[subscript การสนับสนุนทางสังคม] + .341Z[subscript การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง]	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	This descriptive study were designed to examine the relationships between personal factors, self-esteem, social support, and exemplary leadership of head nurses in regional hospital and medical centers. The sample (N = 242) were selected by stratified sampling technique and variables were measured using three self-report questionnaires ( Self-Esteem, Social Support, and Exemplary Leadership Questionnaires). The reliability coefficient of three questionnaires were .81, .93, and .91, respectively. The data were analyzed by using Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, The point-biserial correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Principle findings were: 1. The mean score of the exemplary leadership of head nurses was at the high level ([Mean] = 4.24). 2. Social support, self-esteem, and education level had positive and significant correlations with the exemplary leadership of head nurses (r =.61, .52 and .14 respectively, p < .05). There were no significant correlations between experience level, administrative training and the exemplary leadership of head nurses. 3. The multiple regression analysis revealed that 47.20 percent of the variance in the exemplary leadership of head nurses was explained by social support and self-esteem (R[superscript 2]=.472, p <.001).
