| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษากิจกรรมงานวิชาชีพของคณาจารย์พยาบาลในมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมของคณาจารย์พยาบาลคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ ( ศิริราช ) กับภาควิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ แบบสอบถามซึ่งสร้างขึ้นเอง แบบสอบถามนี้ได้นำไปทดลองใช้กับอาจารย์พยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกรุงเทพ กองวิทยาลัยพยาบาล สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข จำนวน 15 คน เมื่อปรับปรุงแก้ไขแล้ว นำไปใช้กับประชากรที่เลือกไว้ได้แบบสอบถามที่สมบูรณ์กลับคืนมา 126 ฉบับ นำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่าที( t – test )ได้ผลการวิจัยดังนี้ 1. คะแนนเฉลี่ยของการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมงานวิชาชีพของอาจารย์พยาบาล ใน มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ ด้านการสอนและงานพัฒนาอื่น ๆ ส่วนด้านบริหารวิชาชีพ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ด้านอื่นไม่แตกต่างกัน 2. คะแนนเฉลี่ยของการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมงานวิชาชีพ ในมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล กลุ่มอายุ 22 – 29 ปี ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทุกด้าน 3. คะแนนเฉลี่ยของการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมงานวิชาชีพของอาจารย์พยาบาลในมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล กลุ่มอายุ 30 – 55 ปี ด้านการสอน ด้านบริการพยาบาลด้านบริหารวิชาชีพ การแต่งตำรา และงานพัฒนาอื่น ๆ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนด้านอื่น ๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. คะแนนเฉลี่ยการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมงานวิชาชีพของอาจารย์พยาบาลในมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ที่มีวุฒิปริญญาตรี พบว่ากิจกรรมด้านการสอนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านบริหารวิชาชีพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 ด้านอื่น ๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 5. คะแนนเฉลี่ยการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมงานวิชาชีพของอาจารย์พยาบาล ในมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ที่มีวุฒิสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี ด้านบริหารวิชาชีพ การแต่งตำรา งานพัฒนาอื่น ๆ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ด้านการสอนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนด้านอื่น ๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 6. คะแนนเฉลี่ยการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมงานวิชาชีพของอาจารย์พยาบาล ในมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ที่มีประสบการณ์ด้านการสอน 1 – 5 ปี พบว่า ด้านการสอนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านบริหารวิชาชีพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนด้านอื่น ๆไม่แตกต่างกัน 7. คะแนนเฉลี่ยการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมงานวิชาชีพของอาจารย์พยาบาล ในคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ และภาควิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ที่มีประสบการณ์ด้านการสอน 6 ปีขึ้นไป พบว่าด้านการสอน ด้านบริการพยาบาล ด้านบริหารวิชาชีพ และงานพัฒนาอื่น ๆ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ด้านการวิจัย การแต่งตำรา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านอื่น ๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this study were to study the professional nurse instructors’ task activities in Mahidol University, and to compare the differences in instructors task activities between Faculty of Nursing (Siriraj Hospital) and Nursing Department, Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital. A sample was drawn by a simple random sampling for 130 nurse instructors in Mahidol University. The questionnaire developed by the researcher were tried out with 15 nurses instructors in Bangkok Metropolis Nursing College, Division of Nursing College, Public Health Ministry. Then 126 copies of revised questionnaire were distributed to the sample. One hundred and twenty six were completely filled out. Various statistical methods have been used such as the percentage, arithematic mean, standard deviation and t – test. The major findings are as follow: 1. The arithematic mean of the professional nurses in structors’ task activities in Mahidol University were statistically significant different at the .05 and .01 level in the area of teaching and professional administration accordingly, and the others were not differents. 2. The arithematic mean of 22 -29 years of age, nurses instructors’ task activities in Mahidol University were not statistically significant different s at the .05 level in all areas. 3. The arithematic mean of 30 -35 years of age, nurses instructors’ task activities in Mahidol University were statistically significant different at the .05 level the area of teaching, nursing administration, professional administration, textbook writing and other developmental responsibilities and the others were not differents. 4. The arithematic mean of the baccalaureate nurses instructors’ task activities in Mahidol University were statistically significant differents at the .05 and .01 level in the area of teaching and professional administration accordingly, and the other were not differents. 5. The arithematic mean of task activities of nurses instructors beyond baccalaureate level in Mahidol University were statistically significant different at the .05 level in the area of professional administration, textbook writing and other developmental responsibilities and at the .01 level in the area of teaching but the others were not differents. 6. The arithematic mean of task activities of nurses instructors with 1 – 5 years of teaching experience in Mahidol University was statistically significant different s at the .05 level only in the area of teaching, and at the .01 level in the area of professional administration, and the others were not differents. 7. The arithematic mean of task activities of nurses instructors with over statistically significant differents at the .01 level in the area of teaching, nursing service, professional administration, and other developmental responsibilities and at the .05 level in the area of professional administration, research and textbook writing, and the others were not differents. |
