| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานของหน่วยเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของกลุ่ม วิทยาลัยครูภาคตะวันตกของไทย 2. เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการในการใช้เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของอาจารย์ในกลุ่มวิทยาลัยครูภาคตะวันตก 3. เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อปรับปรุงการบริหารงานของหน่วยเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา 4. เพื่อสำรวจปริมาณวัสดุอุปกรณ์ทางเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาที่มีอยู่ในกลุ่มวิทยาลัยครูภาคตะวันตก วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม ที่ไค้รับจากหัวหน้าหน่วยเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาจากเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำหน่วยเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา และอาจารย์ผู้สอนของกลุ่มวิทยาลัยครูภาคตะวันตก ระหว่างภาคปลาย ปีการศึกษา 2523 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามด้วยการคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยง เบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย 1. ปัญหาที่สำคัญของการบริหารงานของหน่วยเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของกลุ่มวิทยาลัยครูภาคตะวันตกคือปัญหาการขาดแคลนเจ้าหน้าที่โสตทัศนศึกษาในการดำเนินงาน และปัญหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์เพื่อให้บริการและการผลิตไม่เพียงพอ 2. อาจารย์ผู้สอนร้อยละ 84.31 ต้องการให้หน่วยเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาจัดเจ้าหน้าที่ โสตทัศนศึกษาคอยช่วยเหลือในการใช้โสตทัศนูปกรณ์ 3. หัวหน้าหน่วยเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของกลุ่มวิทยาลัยครูภาคตะวันตกทุกแห่ง มีความเห็น ตรงกันว่า ควรเพิ่มอัตรากำลังเจ้าหน้าที่โสตทัศนศึกษา และจัดสรรงบประมาณอย่างเพียงพอ 4. โสตทัศนูปกรณ์ที่มีอยู่มากในหน่วยเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของกลุ่มวิทยาลัยครูภาคตะวันตก ได้แก่ เครื่องฉายภาพข้ามศีรษะ รองลงมาคือ เครื่องขยายเสียง เครื่องบันทึกเสียงแบบตลับ เครื่องฉายสไลด์ และเครื่องรับโทรทัศน์ |
| Other Abstract: | Purpose: 1. To study problems concerning administration of educational technology centers of teachers colleges in the Western region. 2. To study the needs for utilization of educational technology among lectures of teachers colleges in the Western region. 3. To solicit opinions and suggestions for improving administration of educational technology centers. 4. To explore the status of educational media at teachers colleges in the Western region. Procedures. Data were collected by administering questionnaires, form administrators of the educational technology centers, staff members and lecturers of the teachers colleges in the Western region during the second semester in 1980, Statistical analyzed and the results were presented in terms percentage, mean and standard deviation. Results; 1. The majors problems the administration of educational technology centers of teachers colleges in the Western region were insufficiency of audio-visual staff and instructional media for the servicing and producing. 2. Approximately 84.31 of the lecturers agreed that the educational technology centers should provide audio-visual staff to help operating the instructional media. 3. Recommendations were also made in provision of additional staff member and adequate budget at each educational technology center. 4. The available equipments were Public Address Systems such as overhead projectors , amplifiers, tape cassette recorders, slides and television sets. |
