| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาถึงปัจจัยต่างๆ ที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้าร่วมในกิจกรรมทางพุทธศาสนา ณ วัดอัมพวัน และเพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของผู้นำศาสนา ในการชักจูงให้ประชาชนเข้าร่วมในกิจกรรมทางพุทธศาสนาเพื่อพัฒนาจิตใจ ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่า :- สิ่งที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้าร่วมในกิจกรรมทางพุทธศาสนา ณ วัดอัมพวัน คือ บทบาทของพระสงฆ์เจ้าอาวาสที่เป็นผู้นำด้านจิตใจของประชาชน เป็นผู้ให้ความอนุเคราะห์ช่วยเหลือประชาชนในยามมีทุกข์ที่เดือดร้อนยากลำบาก และที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ พระสงฆ์เจ้าอาวาสเป็นผู้มีสติปัญญารอบรู้ปัญหาต่างๆ สามารถเป็นที่ปรึกษาแนะนำแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆได้ดี สิ่งเหล่านี้ก่อให้เกิดอำนาจทางใจที่ทำให้เกิดศรัทธา เชื่อถือด้วยความจริงใจ และสามารถชักจูงโน้มน้าวจิตใจผู้อื่นให้คล้อยตามไปในทางที่ถูกที่ควร โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้อำนาจบังคับ ทำให้พระสงฆ์เจ้าอาวาสเป็นผู้นำที่มีธรรมานุภาพ หรืออานุภาพแห่งธรรม ซึ่ง Max Weber เรียกผู้นำชนิดนี้ว่า Charismatic Leader และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการร่วมในกิจกรรมทางพุทธศาสนา ณ วัดอัมพวัน คือ 1. ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมและบุคลิกภาพในตัวพระสงฆ์เจ้าอาวาส 2. ปัจจัยด้านความเป็นผู้นำ 3. ปัจจัยด้านกายภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม |
| Other Abstract: | This research has the objective to study the various factors affecting the decision of the people to participate in Buddhist activities at Wat Amphawan and to study the role of a religious leader in persuading people to participate in Buddhist activities. The factors which influence decision for people to participate in Buddhist activities at Wat Amphawan include the role of the abbot as the spiritual leader of the people. He provides support to people spiritually, and, most importantly, because of his wisdom and knowledge he is able to advise people on how to solve the problems themselves. The spiritual authority of the abbot leads others to respect, trust, and admire him. They follow his path of correct behavior without him having to exert his authority. Max Weber called this type of leader a “charismatic leader.” This study indicates that the important factors influencing the participation in Buddhist religious activities are : 1. Behavior and personality of the abbot 2. Leadership qualities of the abbot 3. Physical and Environmental conditions of the temple. |
