| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบที่มีผลต่อความมานะอุตสาหะของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 212 คน ซึ่งมีคะแนนความมานะอุตสาหะตามการรับรู้ของนักเรียนแตกต่างจากคะแนนความมานะอุตสาหะของนักเรียนตามการรับรู้ของครูประจำชั้นไม่เกิน 18 คะแนน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบวัดความมานะอุตสาหะตามการรับรู้ของนักเรียน แบบวัดความมานะอุตสาหะของนักเรียนตามการรับรู้ของครูประจำชั้น และแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนตัวของการอบรมเลี้ยงดู วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปร ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า 1. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความมานะอุตสาหะในระดับสูงสุด (r = .8128) รองลงมาคือ ความมุ่งหวังในการศึกษาต่อของนักเรียน (r = .5384) การอบรมเลี้ยงดูแบบประชาธิปไตย (r = .4895) การศึกษาของบิดา (r = .3783) ความมุ่งหวังให้นักเรียนศึกษาต่อของผู้ปกครอง (r = .3085) การศึกษาของมารดา (r = .3188) นักเรียนไทยเชื้อสายจีน (r = .1791) และเพศ (r = .1770) ส่วนตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความมานะอุตสาหะ ได้แก่การอบรมเลี้ยงดูแบบปล่อยปละ ละ เลย ( r = -.3577) และการอบรมเลี้ยงดูแบบเข้มงวดกวดขัน (r = -.2489) อายุของนักเรียน ( r = -.1065) และนักเรียนไทยเชื้อชายไทย (r = -.1542) 2. กลุ่มตัวทำนายที่สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความมานะอุตสาหะได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 มี 3 ตัว เรียงลำดับความสำคัญในการทำนายจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน (v03) (B = .691) การอบรมเลี้ยงดูแบบประชาธิปไตย (v09) (B = .143) และความมุ่งหวังในการศึกษาต่อของนักเรียน (v12) (B = .103) สามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความมานะอุตสาหะได้ร้อยละ 68.71 (R2 = .6871) และมีสมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานดังนี้ indusz = .691*V03z + .143*V09z = .103*V12z |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to study factors effecting industry of Pratom Six students in Bangkok, subjects were 212 children school in Bangkok, whose industry scores did not differ more than 18 points from their industry scores as perceived by their teachers. Research instruments were Student-responded-industry questionnaire, teacher-perceived-industry questionnaire and biographical data and child-rearing questionnaire. Multiple regression was employed in data analysis. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Academic achievement ( r = .8128), student's hope to futher education (r = .5384), democratic rearing scores (r = .4895), father's educations (r = .3783), parent's hope for student to futher education (r = .3085), mother's educations (r = .3188), Chinese-Thai students (r = .1791), sex (r = .1770) correlate positively with industry and laissez-faire rearing scores (r = -.3577), authoritative rearing score (r = -.2489), age (r = -.1065) and Thai students (r = -.1542) correlate negatively with industry. 2. Three selected factors which could be used as predictors of industry (R2 = .6871) were ranked in there power of prediction as follows: Academic achievement (v03) (B = .691) democratic rearing scores (v09) (B = .143) and student's hope to futher (v12) (B = .103).
