| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog และแนวทางในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาจากการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog ของเยาวชน จากผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (2) ศึกษาทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog ของเยาวชนไทย (3) เปรียบเทียบทัศนคติที่มีต่อโปรแกรม Camfrog ปริมาณการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog และจุดมุ่งหมายในการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog ของเยาวชนไทยที่มีลักษณะทางประชากรแตกต่างกัน (4) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปริมาณการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog ทัศนคติที่มีต่อโปรแกรม Camfrog และจุดมุ่งหมายในการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog ของเยาวชนไทย การวิจัยประกอบด้วยการศึกษาวิจัย 2 ส่วน คือ ส่วนที่ 1 ศึกษาเรื่อง “ความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog และแนวทางในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาจากการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog ของเยาวชน จากผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง” เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึกผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องและศึกษาจากเอกสารต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ส่วนที่ 2 ศึกษาเรื่อง “ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog ของเยาวชนไทย” เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเยาวชนไทยอายุ 13 – 24 ปี จำนวน 400 คน ผลการวิจัยในส่วนความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog และแนวทางในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาจากการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog ของเยาวชน จากผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง พบว่า โปรแกรม Camfrog เป็นโปรแกรมสนทนา (Chat) ที่ดีที่สุด สามารถได้เห็นและได้ยินทั้งภาพและเสียง ข้อความ แบบ Real-time เยาวชนนำโปรแกรม Camfrog ไปใช้ประโยชน์น้อยมาก ซึ่งส่วนมากเยาวชนจะใช้ประโยชน์จากโปรแกรม Camfrog เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการติดต่อสื่อสาร ความสนุกสนาน ความบันเทิง ในอนาคตเยาวชนมีแนวโน้มการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog ลดลง และปัญหาที่เกิดจากโปรแกรม Camfrog ก็จะลดลง แนวทางในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาจากการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog ของเยาวชนไทย มีดังต่อไปนี้ การให้ความรู้ผ่านเว็บไซด์ การรับแจ้งเรื่องร้องเรียนเว็บไซต์ไม่เหมาะสม การเฝ้าระวังของเจ้าหน้าที่ การโฆษณาทางโทรทัศน์ให้ร่วมกันติดตั้งโปรแกรม ICT House Keeper การลงโทษทางกฎหมาย การบล็อก (block) โปรแกรม Camfrog การจัดตั้งศูนย์ความปลอดภัยทางอินเทอร์เน็ต และการเปิดหมายเลขคอลเซ็นเตอร์ ผลการวิจัยในส่วนทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog ของเยาวชนไทย พบว่า (1) เยาวชนไทยมีทัศนคติเชิงบวกต่อโปรแกรม Camfrog (2) เยาวชนไทยมีปริมาณการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog อยู่ในระดับต่ำมาก (3) เยาวชนไทยมีจุดมุ่งหมายในการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog ทั้ง 2 ด้าน คือใช้ในทางที่ดีและใช้ในทางที่ไม่ดี (4) เยาวชนไทยที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพ แตกต่างกัน มีทัศนคติต่อโปรแกรม Camfrog แตกต่างกัน (5) เยาวชนไทยที่มีเพศ อายุ และอาชีพ แตกต่างกัน มีปริมาณการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog แตกต่างกัน (6) เยาวชนไทยที่มีเพศแตกต่างกัน มีจุดมุ่งหมายในการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog แตกต่างกัน (7) ปริมาณการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับทัศนคติที่มีต่อโปรแกรม Camfrog ของเยาวชนไทย (8) ทัศนคติที่มีต่อโปรแกรม Camfrog ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับจุดมุ่งหมายในการใช้โปรแกรม Camfrog ของเยาวชนไทย |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of this research are (1) comments on the study using Camfrog and guidelines to prevent and resolve the problem by using Camfrog of youth from the relevant (2) attitudes and behavior study using Camfrog of the Thai youth (3) compare the attitudes toward the program using Camfrog, Camfrog volume and intended to use Camfrog with the Thai youth population characteristic differences (4) study the relationship between Camfrog volume, attitudes toward the program Camfrog and intended use of the program Camfrog of the Thai youth. Research includes the study is part 1 of 2 study, "comments on the use Camfrog and guidelines to prevent and resolve from Camfrog use of youth from the relevant" is a research quality. The information gathered from interviews and examine the relevant documents from various studies. Part 2 related studies on "Attitude and use behavior of Camfrog program by Thai youth" survey research using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data from the Thai youth age 13 to 24 years a total of 400 people. The results in the comments section using Camfrog and guidelines to prevent and resolve the problem by using Camfrog of youth found that from the relevant program is a program Camfrog Chat (Chat) the best and can see, hear both the audio and video real-time text Camfrog program to bring youth are very helpful.
