| Abstract: | ศึกษาคลังสินค้าสำเร็จรูปของโรงงานผลิตหม้อแปลงไฟฟ้า จากการศึกษาการดำเนินงานพบปัญหาได้แก่ 1. คลังสินค้ามีวิธีการจัดระเบียบ การจัดเก็บและจัดวางสินค้าที่ไม่เหมาะสม และ 2. การนำสินค้า ออกจากที่จัดเก็บตามรายการสินค้าจัดส่งนั้น เป็นไปอย่างล้าช้าและเกิดข้อผิดพลาด ดังนั้นวัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัย ก็เพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการจัดการการคลังสินค้า ในส่วนระบบการจัดเก็บ-จัดจ่าย ด้วยวิธีการออกแบบ 1. แผนผังการจัดเก็บสินค้า 2. ระบบการกำหนดตำแหน่งจัดเก็บ และ 3. วิธีการปฏิบัติงาน ที่สอดคล้องกับระบบที่จัดทำ (1) ออกแบบแผนผังการจัดเก็บ : พิจารณาการวางแผนการใช้พื้นที่และแผนผังการจัดเก็บสินค้า เพื่อให้การใช้พื้นที่และอุปกรณ์ขนถ่ายเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด ; สร้างระบบรหัสชี้ตำแหน่งจัดเก็บสินค้า เพื่อใช้ในการอ้างถึงตำแหน่งจัดเก็บ (2) กำหนดตำแหน่งจัดเก็บ : พิจารณาลักษณะรูปแบบการเคลื่อนไหวของสินค้าที่เข้า-ออก, ปัจจัยสินค้า และปัจจัยพื้นที่ เพื่อจัดสรรตำแหน่งจัดเก็บให้กับสินค้า ; ออกแบบและพัฒนาโปรแกรมที่ช่วยในการกำหนดตำแหน่งจัดเก็บ เพื่อที่จะจัดวางอย่างเป็นหมวดหมู่ สะดวกต่อการนำออกและตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลัง (3) จัดทำวิธีการปฏิบัติงาน : จัดทำวิธีการปฏิบัติงานที่สอดคล้องกับระบบการกำหนดตำแหน่งจัดเก็บ ผลการปรับปรุงทำให้เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ในการจัดการการคลังสินค้า ดังนี้ (1) ความถูกต้องของข้อมูลและการดำเนินงาน : อัตราส่วนจำนวนสินค้าที่หยิบได้ถูกต้องเพิ่มขึ้น 1.87% ; อัตราส่วนความผิดพลาดในการตรวจนับสินค้าลดลง 1.11% (2) ความรวดเร็วในการเคลื่อนย้าย : เวลาเฉลี่ยในการนำสินค้าออกลดลง 43% |
| Other Abstract: | Emphasizes on the study of a finished goods warehouse of a transformer factory. Problems found due to the study of the warehouse operations were 1. The finished goods warehouse did not have an optimized method of physical storage and arrangement and 2. Orderpicking takes longtime and has errors. Thus the objective of this thesis is to improve the efficiency of warehouse management focusing on the storage and order-picking system by designing storage layout, location assignment system and work procedure according to the system which details are (1) Design storage layout : Determine the space planning and storage layout in order to utilize the space and handling equipment with maximum efficiency. ; Set a storage code system, stock locator, in order to reference storage location. (2) Assign storage location : Determine the pattern of movement which is the storage and retrieval system, product factors and space factors in order to assign the appropriate storage location. (3) Design and develop a program which help to design the storage location in order to arrange the goods in orderly convenient for orderpicking and inventory checking. (4) Set up work procedure : Prepare working procedure that suite with the location assignment system. The results of improving the efficiency of warehousing management are (1) Accuracy of information and operation : 1.87% increase in picking accuracy ; 1.11% reduction in inventory counting error. (2) Handling time : 43% reduction in picking time |
