| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการคัดเลือกข่าวการลำดับความสำคัญ และการรายงานข่าวอาชญากรรมของสถานีโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง 3 และสถานีโทรทัศน์สีกองทัพบกช่อง 7 2)เพื่อทำการเปรียบเทียบวิธีการเสนอข่าวของสถานีโทรทัศน์ทั้งสองแห่งทั้งส่วนภาพเหตุการณ์และบทข่าวอาชญากรรมในคดีเดียวกัน และ 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาเกณฑ์ทางจริยธรรมที่ผู้ผลิตข่าวอาชญากรรมทางสถานีโทรทัศน์ทั้งสองแห่งใช้ประเมินความรุนแรงในข่าวอาชญากรรม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มผู้บริหารงานข่าวเท่านั้นที่มีบทบาทต่อการคัดเลือกข่าว และลำดับความสำคัญของข่าวอาชญากรรม แต่ในส่วน " ความรุนแรง" ที่ปรากฏในข่าวนั้น กลุ่มผู้ผลิตข่าวอาชญากรรมทุกคนมีส่วนกำหนด การเสนอภาพข่าวอาชญากรรมของสถานีโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง 3 ปรากฏความรุนแรงมากกว่าของสถานีโทรทัศน์สีกองทัพบกช่อง 7 แต่สถานีโทรทัศน์สีกองทัพบกช่อง 7 ใช้ภาษาที่เพิ่มสีสรรเน้นย้ำความรุนแรงมาใช้ในการรายงานข่าวมากกว่าสถานีโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง 3 เกณฑ์ทางจริยธรรมที่กลุ่มผู้ผลิตข่าวอาชญากรรมทางสถานีโทรทัศน์ทั้งสองแห่งใช้ประเมิน "ความรุนแรง" ในข่าวอาชญากรรมนั้นเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน |
| Other Abstract: | This research has 3 objectives: 1) to study the process in selecting news, the priority of importance and the report on criminal news of Thai Color Television Station, Channel 3 and Army Television Channel 7; 2) to compare the method of news presentation of the two television stations, both in eventual pictures and criminal news scripts on the same cases, and 3) to analyses to find the ethical criteria used by crime television news broadcasters of the two television stations to appraise the violence in the criminal news. From the research result on the first place, it is found that only the news administration group that has the role in selecting the news and the priority importance but on the part of "the violence" appeared in the news, all crime television news broadcasters has participated in the stipulation. Moreover, the research result showed that criminal news pictures presentation of Thai Color Television Station, Channel 3 shows more violence than that of the Army Color Television Channel 7 but, the narration of the Army Color Television Channel 7 brings in the colorful linguistic addition to emphasize the violence in the use of news report much more than that of the Thai Color Television Channel 3. From the last result, it is found that ethical criteria used by crime television news broadcasters of both television stations to appraise "the violence" in the criminal news, is in the same direction. |
