| dc.description.abstract | ทำการศึกษาผลกระทบของอุณหภูมิที่มีต่อตัวอ่อนปะการัง Acropora millepora ผลการศึกษาพบว่า อุณหภูมิที่สูงขึ้นไม่มีผลกระทบต่ออัตราการปฏิสนธิ แต่เมื่ออุณหภูมิต่ำลงอัตราการปฏิสนธิจะต่ำลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p<0.05) นอกจากนี้ พบว่าผลของอุณหภูมิมีผลต่อการลงเกาะของตัวอ่อนปะการัง โดยที่อุณหภูมิ 22 °C และ 34 °C ไม่พบปะการังในชุดการทดลองทำการลงเกาะ ในขณะที่ปะการังชุดควบคุม (อุณหภูมิ 28 °C) มีอัตราการลงเกาะสูงสุด (74 ± 17.99 %) และจากการติดตามการพัฒนาของเซลล์ปะการัง เมื่ออุณหภูมิเปลี่ยนไปพบว่า เซลล์มีความเสียหายในลักษณะของเซลล์แตก และพบการพัฒนาของเซลล์ที่ผิดปกติสูงสุด การศึกษาครั้งนี้ จึงสรุปได้ในเบื้องต้นว่า สภาพภูมิอากาศที่เปลี่ยนแปลงที่ทำให้อุณหภูมิน้ำสูงขึ้นหรือต่ำลงกว่าปกติจะมีผลกระทบต่อตัวอ่อนของปะการัง | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | In this study, the effects of changes in temperatures on coral larvae Acropora millepora were investigated. The results showed that higher temperatures did not have any effect on fertilization rates. However, when temperatures were lower than normal, fertilization rates were reduced. Increase (34 °C) and decrease (22 °C) of temperature also had a negative effect on settlement of coral larvae. Larvae were not able to settle at these temperatures. In addition, the changes of temperatures also made cells abnormal and broken. In summary, the changes of the climate, which led to temperature changes, can have a negative effect on coral larvae. | en_US |
