dc.description.abstract	ศึกษาสมรรถนะพยาบาลเวชศาสตร์การบิน สถาบันเวชศาสตร์การบิน กรมแพทย์ทหารอากาศ กองบัญชาการสนับสนุนทหารอากาศ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 2 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) ศึกษาค้นคว้าข้อมูลจากตำรา เอกสาร และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง นำสาระมาสังเคราะห์เป็นกรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัย 2) ศึกษาสมรรถนะพยาบาลเวชศาสตร์การบิน โดยใช้เทคนิค EDFR จากผู้มีประสบการณ์ด้านเวชศาสตร์การบิน 21 ท่าน พิจารณาจากค่ามัธยฐานระดับมากขึ้นไปที่มีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกัน (Md >= 3.50, IR <1.50, Mo-Md < 1.00) ระยะเวลาการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล รวม 90 วัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมารรถนะพยาบาลเวชศาสตร์การบินมี 6 ด้าน ประกอบด้วยสมรรถนะย่อย 43 รายการ มีความสำคัญระดับมากที่สุด 32 รายการ และระดับมาก 11 รายการ ดังนี้ 1. สมรรถนะด้านสรีรวิทยาการบิน มี 4 สมรรถนะย่อย เช่น สมรรถนะด้านความรู้และทักษะเกี่ยวกับระบบกายวิภาคและสรีรวิทยามนุษย์ สภาพแวดล้อมในการบิน และภาวะเครียดจากการบิน 2. สมรรถนะด้านการลำเลียงผู้ป่วยทางอากาศและการปฏิบัติงานทางคลินิก มี 12 สมรรถนะย่อย เช่น สมรรถนะด้านความรู้และทักษะด้านการลำเลียงผู้ป่วยทางอากาศ ทักษะด้านการพยาบาล และการประยุกต์ความรู้ด้านการพยาบาลและสรีรวิทยาการบิน 3. สมรรถนะด้านการบริหารจัดการมี 7 สมรรถนะย่อย เช่น การบริหารจัดการในการลำเลียงผู้ป่วยทางอากาศ การบริหารจัดการกับภาวะฉุกเฉินทางด้านการแพทย์และด้านการบิน และการติดต่อประสานการปฏิบัติในการลำเลียงผู้ป่วยทางอากาศ 4. สมรรถนะด้านการทหาร มี 3 สมรรถนะย่อย ได้แก่ ความรู้และทักษะการยังชีพ การข่าวทางพลเรือนและทางทหาร และความรู้เกี่ยวกับอากาศยานแบบต่างๆ 5. สมรรถนะด้านการจัดการนิรภัย มี 7 สมรรถนะย่อย เช่น การช่วยเหลือและกู้ภัยอากาศยานอุบัติเหตุ การปฏิบัติตามกฎนิรภัยทางการบินและภาคพื้น การให้สัญญาณและรับรู้สัญญาณที่จำเป็นในการลำเลียงผู้ป่วยทางอากาศ 6. สมรรถนะด้านคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล มี 10 สมรรถนะย่อย เช่น มีภาวะผู้นำ มีทักษะการตัดสินใจและมีสุขภาพร่างกายแข็งแรง	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	To explore the competency of flight nurses, Institute of Aviation Medicine, Directorate of Medicine Services, Air Support Command. Two main steps were conducted as follows 1) Literature review was analyzed for conceptual research framework and 2) Flight nurse competency was studied by using EDFR technique. Study data consisted of information from a panel of twenty-one experts. ltems were selected based on the following criteria a) median of appropriateness and practicality of more than 3.50, b) Interquartile range less than 1.50, and c) Mode-median less than 1.00. Total time for data collection was 90 days. The results revealed that flight nurse competency consisted of six perspectives included forty-three items. Thirty-two items were rated as the most important and eleven items were rated as more important. The six perspectives are as follows 1) Aviation physiology competency includes 4 items: the anatomy and physiology, flight environment, and stress of flight. 2) Aeromedical evacuation and clinical care competency includes 12 items: the aeromedical evacuation skill, clinical skill. 3) Management competency includes 7 items: aeromedical evacuation management, emergency management, and communication skill. 4) Military competency includes 3 items: survival skill, intelligence skill, and knowledge of aircraft. 5) Safety management competency includes 7 items: the safety management, the rescue skills. 6) personal characteristics includes 10 items: the leadership, decision making skill, and good health.	en
