| Abstract: | ศึกษากลยุทธ์การดำเนินงานการสื่อสารในการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และประสิทธิผลการสื่อสารเพื่อส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจร ของผู้ ขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคลในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยแบ่งวิธีการศึกษาออกเป็น 2 ส่วน ส่วนแรกคือ ศึกษากลยุทธ์การดำเนินงานการสื่อสารในการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจร และส่วนที่สองคือ ศึกษาการเปิดรับข่าวสาร ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคลในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 430 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล ผลการศึกษาในส่วนกลยุทธ์การดำเนินงานการสื่อสารในการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจร พบว่า การประชาสัมพันธ์ของโครงการรณรงค์เน้นการใช้สื่อที่หลากหลาย เพื่อให้กลุ่มเป้าหมายเกิดการรับรู้และเกิดการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจร สำหรับผลการศึกษาในส่วนการเปิดรับข่าวสาร ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคลในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การเปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความรู้เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล 2. การเปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล 3. การเปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล 4. ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบกับทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล 5. ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล 6. ทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล |
| Other Abstract: | To study the communication strategy in the traffic rules enforcement for passenger car drivers in Bangkok metropolis and communication effectiveness for the traffic rules enforcement for passenger car drivers in Bangkok metropolis. The study is divide into 2 parts. The first part studied the strategy of communication in the traffic rules enforcement. The second part assessed the information media exposure knowledge attitude and the traffic rules enforcement for passenger car drivers in Bangkok metropolis among 430 people by using questionnaires. The result of the study revealed that the public relation of campaign emphasized on using variety of medias for acknowledge and the traffic rules enforcement in target group The result of the study were as follow: 1. The media exposure about the traffic rules enforcement for passenger car drivers is not correlated with the knowledge about the traffic rules enforcement for passenger car drivers. 2. The media exposure about the traffic rules enforcement for passenger car drivers is not correlated with the attitude about the traffic rules enforcement for passenger car drivers. 3. The media exposure about the traffic rules enforcement for passenger car drivers is positively correlated with the traffic rules enforcement for passenger car drivers. 4. The knowledge about the traffic rules enforcement for passenger car drivers is negatively correlated with the attitude about the traffic rules enforcement for passenger car drivers. 5. The knowledge about the traffic rules enforcement for passenger car drivers is not correlated with the traffic rules enforcement for passenger car drivers. 6. The attitude about the traffic rules enforcement for passenger car drivers is positively correlated with the traffic rules enforcement for passenger car drivers. |
