| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสนใจต่อประเภทของหนังสือการ์ตูนที่เด็กวัย 10-12 ปีอ่าน โดยจำแนกความสนใจตามเพศ อายุ ลำดับการเกิด และอาชีพของบิดามารดาหรือผู้ปกครอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่เป็นนักเรียนที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4, 5 และ 6 จากโรงเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกของประเทศไทย จำนวน 480 คน เป็นชาย 240 คน หญิง 240 คน ได้มาจากสุ่มแบบหลายขั้น (Multi-Stage Random Sampling) และแบบแยกประเภท (Stratified random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดส่วนตัว ลักษณะ นิสัย การอ่าน ประเภทต่างๆ ของหนังสือการ์ตูน และแบบสอบถามปลายเปิดให้เด็กแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับหนังสือการ์ตูนที่เด็กชอบ แล้วนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาค่าร้อยละ และเปรียบเทียบความสนใจต่อการอ่านหนังสือการ์ตูนโดยการทดสอบค่าไคสแควร์ (x2) ปรากฏผลดังนี้ 1. วิธีการหาหนังสือการ์ตูน เด็กส่วนใหญ่สนใจอ่านหนังสือการ์ตูนมาก และหาหนังสือการ์ตูนอ่านโดยการขอยืม หรืออ่านจากห้องสมุด ถ้าซื้อเด็กส่วนใหญ่จะนำเงินที่เหลือจากค่าขนมมาซื้อหนังสือการ์ตูนที่เด็กอ่านส่วนมากเป็นประเภทเล่มละ 1 บาท โดยเด็กเป็นผู้เลือกหนังสือการ์ตูนอ่านเอง 2. รูปเล่มหนังสือการ์ตูนที่เด็กชอบ เด็กส่วนใหญ่ไม่สนใจลักษณะรูปเล่ม ภาพและคำบรรยายมากนัก แต่รูปเล่มหนังสือการ์ตูนที่เด็กชอบคือ หนังสือแนวตั้งขนาดเล็ก (13ซม. x18ซม.) เป็นภาพสี วาดแบบลายเส้นตลก ใช้คำบรรยายสั้นๆ เข้าใจง่าย ตัวหนังสือแบบตัวพิมพ์ชัดเจน 3. เด็กเลือกอ่านหนังสือการ์ตูนเพราะ เป็นหนังสือที่อ่านง่ายเข้าใจง่าย เมื่อเวลาว่างจะอ่านจนจบเล่มด้วยความเพลิดเพลิน และเก็บหนังสือการ์ตูนนั้นไว้อ่านอีก แต่เด็กมักไม่ค่อยได้รับการสนับสนุนส่งเสริมการอ่านหนังสือการ์ตูนจากครู บิดามารดา หรือผู้ปกครอง 4. เด็กชอบอ่านหนังสือการ์ตูนประเภทตลกขบขันมากเป็นอันดับที่ 1 เรื่องสัตว์ประหลาดและเรื่องมหัศจรรย์เรื่องภูตผีและเรื่องสยองขวัญเป็นอันดับที่ 2 เรื่องเกี่ยวกับเทพนิยายเป็นอันดับที่ 3 5. เด็กสนใจการอ่านหนังสือการ์ตูนเพราะ น่าสนใจ อ่านแล้วได้ประโยชน์ทั้งในด้านความเพลิดเพลิน ด้านการเรียนรู้ทั่วไป ความสนใจต่อการอ่านหนังสือการ์ตูนด้านต่างๆ เหล่านี้มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับเพศ อายุ ลำดับการเกิด และอาชีพของบิดามารดาหรือผู้ปกครอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the interest of children, age 10-12, on reading cartoon books according to sex, age, order of birth and occupation of parents. The samples selected by Multi-Stage Random Sampling and Stratified Random Sampling techniques were 480 children, 240 boys and 240 girls, enrolled on grades 4, 5 and 6 in Prathomsuksa schools of Eastern Region of Thailand. Data were collected through questionnairs on personal information checklist reading habits and also open ended questionnairs for samples to express their preference to types of cartoon books. Percentages were computed and the comparisons were tested by Chi-Square ( x2) The findings indicated that : 1. Most Children show great interest in cartoon books. They got cartoon books to read by borrowing from friends, or from library. Some bought cartoons which cost only one baht per book with their own saving money and chose them by themselves. 2. In choosing cartoon books the children concerned most on size of the book (13 X 18 cm.) bright color with sample but lively character, short illustration in print. 3. The reason children chose cartoon books was because they were easy to read and to understand. They read the whole book during their free time joyfully and would collect them to read sometimes later. However, they received little encouragement to read such books both from their teachers and their parents. 4. Their preference in reading cartoon books went, first of all to comics. Second, they liked to read books about strange animals, miracles, ghosts or scary stories, fairy tales are their third choice. 5. Children were interest in reading cartoon books because they were interesting. As they read they gained both entertainment and certain knowledges. Their interest in reading cartoon books was related to age, order of birth and occupation of perents significantly at the level of .05. |
