| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์สภาพปัจจุบัน เปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของผู้บริหารกับวิทยาจารย์เกี่ยวกับการให้บริการวิชาการแก่สังคม เลือกตัวอย่างประชากรโดยการสุ่มตามชั้นได้ตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นวิทยาลัยพยาบาล 12 แห่ง ผู้บริหารและวิทยาจารย์จำนวน 352 คน ระยะเวลาที่ศึกษาคือปีงบประมาณ 2537 เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสัมภาษณ์สภาพปัจจุบันและแบบสอบถามความคาดหวังที่ผ่านการทดสอบความตรงและความเที่ยงแล้ว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการให้บริการวิชาการแก่สังคมของวิทยาลัยพยาบาล 1.1 ลักษณะการให้บริการ การให้บริการจัดเป็น 2 ลักษณะ คือ 1) ให้บริการโดยจัดเป็นโครงการ จากจำนวน 33 โครงการที่จัดพบว่า มีวัตถุประสงค์สูงสุดเพื่อเผยแพร่ความรู้ทางวิชาการพบร้อยละ 81.18 กลุ่มเป้าหมายสูงสุดที่กำหนดคือไม่จำกัดคุณสมบัติพบร้อยละ 54.54 ให้บริการโดยจัดนิทรรศการพบร้อยละ 48.48 และพบว่าจัดให้มีการประเมินผลโครงการร้อยละ 96.97 2) ให้บริการดยไม่ได้จัดเป็นโครงการ จากจำนวนกิจกรรม 183 ครั้งพบว่ามีวัตถุประสงค์สูงสุดเพื่อเผยแพร่ความรู้ทางวิชาการพบร้อยละ 64.43 กลุ่มเป้าหมายไม่จำกัดคุณสมบัติร้อยละ 52.46 ให้บริการโดยเป็นวิทยากรมากที่สุดพบร้อยละ 31.15 1.2 ปัญหาที่พบมากที่สุดคือ การขาดอัตรากำลัง รองลงมาคือ ขาดงบประมาณและวิทยาจารย์มีงานสอนมากไม่มีเวลาให้บริการวิชาการแก่สังคม 2. ผู้บริหารและวิทยาจารย์มีความคาดหวังเกี่ยวกับการให้บริการวิชาการแก่สังคมของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลในระดับมาก 3. คะแนนเฉลี่ยความคาดหวังของผู้บริหารกับวิทยาจารย์เกี่ยวกับการให้บริการวิชาการแก่สังคมของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทีระดับ .05 4. คะแนนเฉลี่ยความคาดหวังของผู้บริหารและวิทยาจารย์ที่เคยร่วมกิจกรรมการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคมกับผู้บริหารและวิทยาจารย์ที่ไม่เคยร่วมกิจกรรมการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposed of this analytical research were to analyse present status, to compare the expectation of nurse administrators and nurse instructors concerning academic services. The samples consisted of 12 nursing colleges, 352 nurse administrators and nurse instructors selected by stratified random sampling techniques. The period of study was 1995 budget year. The research instruments were interview and questionnaire which were tested for validility and reliability. The major findings were as follows : 1. The present status of academic services. 1.1 Type of services. There were 2 types of services. 1) Planned academic service (project). According to 33 projects which were found, the objective stated most (81.18%) was knowledge assimilation, the project were not identify the qualification of their target (found 54.54%), the exhibition was identified most (48.48%) as mode of service and the project identified an evaluation was found 96.97% 2) Unplanned academic service. According to 183 activities which were found, the objective stated most (64.43%) was knowledge assimilation, the project were not identify the qualification of their target (found 52.43%), to be an expert was found most (31.50%) as mode of services. 1.2 The problems found most were identified as insufficient of personnel, budget and over work. 2. The expectation of nurse administrators and nurse instructors concerning academic services were at the more level. 3. There were no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the expectation of nurse administrators and nurse instructors at 0.05 level. 4. There were no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the expectation of nurse administrators and nurse instructors as classified by their experience of academic services involvement at 0.05 level. |
