dc.description.abstractการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะทางกายภาพ เศรษฐกิจ สังคม และประชากรของชุมชนเมืองในอำเภอบางสะพาน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ศึกษาบทบาท แนวโน้มและทิศทางการเจริญเติบโตของ ชุมชนเมือง พร้อมกับเสนอแนะแนวทางการวางแผนการใช้ที่ดินชุมชนเมืองเพื่อรองรับการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมใน อำเภอบางสะพาน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จากการศึกษาพบว่า ศักยภาพของชุมชนเมืองแต่ละชุมชนทำให้จัดแบ่งบทบาทหน้าที่ของแต่ละชุมชนเมืองได้คือ ชุมชนเมืองกำเนิดนพคุณ เป็นศูนย์กลางทางด้านการบริหารการปกครองระดับอำเภอ ศูนย์กลาง พาณิชย์ และบริการชุมชนอุตสาหกรรม และชุมชนชายทะเล ชุมชนเมืองร่อนทอง เป็นศูนย์กลางพาณิชย์ และบริการของชุมชนเกษตรกรรมรอบนอก และชุมชนเมืองบ้านกรูด เป็นศูนย์กลางการท่องเที่ยวและบริการขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยชุมชนมีแนวโน้มการขยายตัวไปตามถนนสายหลักภายในชุมชนและถนนเลียบชายฝั่งทะเล จากนโยบายของรัฐบาลได้กำหนดไว้ในแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ 7 และฉบับที่ 8 ให้พื้นที่อำเภอบางสะพานเป็นพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมหนัก ทำให้พื้นที่อำเภอบางสะพานมีแนวโน้มการขยายตัวทางด้านอุตสาหกรรมสูง อันเนื่องมาจากมีการจัดตั้งนิคมอุตสาหกรรมเหล็กครบวงจร และอุตสาหกรรมต่อเนื่อง คาดว่าใน ปี 2543 จะมีการจ้างงานประมาณ 24,000 คน เป็นการเคลื่อนย้ายประชากรในพื้นที่ประมาณ 50,000 คน และในปี 2553 จะเกิดการจ้างงาน 70,000 คน ทำให้เกิดการเคลื่อนย้ายของประชากรประมาณ 150,000 คน การศึกษาได้เสนอแนะแนวทางการวางแผนการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินเพื่อรองรับการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม โดยกำหนดรูปแบบการใช้ที่ดินในอนาคตของชุมชนเมืองในอำเภอบางสะพาน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ การคมนาคม ขนส่ง รวมทั้งการเสนอแนะการปรับปรุงด้านสาธารญปโภคและสาธารญปการ อันจะเกิดจากการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objectives of this research was to study the functions and development trends of communities in Bang Saphan district, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, and land use plan to serve industrial The study shows that different levels of development potential can be used to classify community functions. Kam-Noed-Nopakhun community is assigned to perform administrative function at district level, commercial and industrial service center as well as coastal community. Ron Thong community plays a role of commercial center and agriculture services for outer area. Ban Grood community will be a tourist center and basic services. All communities trend to expand along main roads in communities and along coastal area. Government policy, according to 7th and 8th National Economic and Social Development Plan defines Bang Saphan district to be heavy industrial zone. The policy encourages the establishment of iron industry and related manufactures, which lead to highly expansion of industries. It is estimated that, in the year 2008, 24,000 workers will be employed and 50,000 people will be moved into the district. In the year 2010 will create 70,000 jobs and 150,000 people will move into the area. The study recommends a land use plan to serve industrial development, focused on land use categories in the future and transportation the improvement of infrastructure and public services, to support industrial development in the future is also proposed.-
