| Abstract: | การวิเคราะห์ที่ตั้งศูนย์กระจายสินค้าของชิ้นส่วนอุปกรณ์เครื่องจักรของท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง ในเขตพื้นที่ EEC กรณีศึกษาบริษัท ABC มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อหาทำเลที่ตั้งศูนย์กระจายสินค้าที่เหมาะสมให้กับบริษัทกรณีศึกษา เพื่อประโยชน์ทางด้านธุรกิจในการขยายกิจการของบริษัท และเพื่อเพิ่มความสามารถในการตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของลูกค้าได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ เป็นเครื่องมือหลักในงานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ โดยได้มีการแบ่งการดำเนินงานวิจัยออกเป็น 3 ส่วนหลัก ได้แก่ ส่วนที่หนึ่ง การวิเคราะห์ที่ตั้งศักยภาพของศูนย์กระจายสินค้า ด้วยการซ้อนทับชั้นข้อมูล ในระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ (GIS) ตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด โดยเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด ได้มาจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรม และจากหน่วยงานราชการต่างๆ ส่วนที่สอง การวิเคราะห์เลือกพื้นที่ที่เหมาะสมที่มีระยะทางรวมไปยังโรงงานลูกค้า ดีที่สุด 3 อันดับแรก โดยวิเคราะห์ร่วมกับปริมาณความต้องการสินค้าของแต่ละโรงงาน ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เมทริกซ์ค่าใช้จ่ายระหว่างจุดเริ่มต้นกับจุดปลายทาง (Origin-Destination Cost Matrix Analysis) และในส่วนที่สาม การคัดกรองพื้นที่ที่มีความเหมาะสมที่สุด โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 1) การคัดกรองพื้นที่ตามปัจจัยขนาดพื้นที่ 2) การคัดกรองพื้นที่ตามปัจจัยโบราณสถานและกิจการบริการสาธารณะ และ 3) การคัดกรองพื้นที่ตามปัจจัยราคาที่ดิน จากการวิเคราะห์ สามารถสรุปผลการศึกษาได้ว่า พื้นที่ที่เหมาะสมที่สุดสำหรับการจัดตั้งศูนย์กระจายสินค้าของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา ควรอยู่ในบริเวณตำบลหนองขาม อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี ซึ่งมีพื้นที่รวม 155,085.16 ตารางเมตร มีความเหมาะสมทั้งขนาดพื้นที่ ราคาที่ดิน ระยะทางและปริมาณความต้องการสินค้า |
| Other Abstract: | The Research of location analysis of a machinery parts distribution center in Laem Chabang Port, EEC: A Case Study of ABC Company aims to find a suitable location for a distribution center for ABC Company, in order to expand the business, and also increase the ability to serve customers as quick as possible. Geographic Information System (GIS) is the main tool in this Research. The research’s processes are divided to three main parts which are 1) analysis of the potential distribution center using the GIS’s vector overlay based on the given criteria. 2) the origin-destination cost matrix analysis to find the best three areas based on both distance and quantity. 3) the most suitable area selection by considering in size of area, landmark or occupied places, and the land price. The result shows that the most suitable area for ABC’s distribution center is located in Tambon Knongkham, Amphur Sriracha, Chonburi Province with the area size about 155,085.16 square meters. |
