| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อสำรวจการใช้ และศึกษาปัญหาการใช้โสตทัศนูปกรณ์ในการเผยแพร่ความรู้ในโครงการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม ในหน่วยงานรัฐบาล เอกชน และหน่วยงานอิสระ 2. เพื่อสำรวจความต้องการ และความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการใช้โสตทัศนูปกรณ์ ในการเผยแพร่ความรู้ในโครงการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม 3. เพื่อกระตุ้นให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยเฉพาะหน่วยงานรัฐบาลได้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการนำโสตทัศนูปกรณ์มาใช้ในการเผยแพร่ความรู้ ในโครงการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับหัวหน้างานเผยแพร่ หรือหัวหน้างานโสตทัศนศึกษา และเจ้าหน้าที่โสตทัศนศึกษา ในหน่วยงานที่ทำหน้าที่เผยแพร่ความรู้ในโครงการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม จำนวน 15 แห่ง รวม 30 คน และประชาชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร รวม 300 คน นำแบบสอบถามที่ได้รับคืนมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าทางสถิติ โดยวิธีหาค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน แล้วนำผลการวิจัยมาอภิปราย สรุป และเสนอแนะ ผลการวิจัย 1. โสตทัศนูปกรณ์ที่หน่วยงานส่วนใหญ่ใช้ คือ รูปภาพ หนังสือพิมพ์ วารสาร เอกสารเล่ม ภาพยนตร์ สไลด์ รายการวิทยุ การจัดนิทรรศการ และการบรรยาย 2. ปัญหาที่หน่วยงานส่วนใหญ่ประสบ คือ งบประมาณที่หน่วยงานจัดสรรให้ไม่เพียงพอกับความต้องการ ขาดผู้มีความรู้ความสามารถในการผลิตและการใช้โสตทัศนูปกรณ์และไม่มีการประเมินผลการใช้โสตทัศนูปกรณ์ 3. ประชาชนส่วนใหญ่รับข่าวสารความรู้ทั่วไปโดยผ่านทางโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ คือ หนังสือพิมพ์ รายการโทรทัศน์ มากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ รูปภาพ แผ่นป้ายโฆษณา รายการวิทยุ เพลง ส่วนรูปแบบของเอกสารสิ่งพิมพ์ รายการวิทยุ รายการโทรทัศน์ ที่ประชาชนต้องการมากที่สุด คือ ข่าว และรูปแบบของกิจกรรมที่ประชาชนต้องการมากที่สุด คือ การไปทัศนศึกษานอกสถานที่ ข้อเสนอแนะ 1. ผู้บริหารระดับสูงในหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ควรพิจารณาให้ความสำคัญ สนับสนุนและส่งเสริมอย่างจริงจัง ในการนำโสตทัศนูปกรณ์มาใช้อย่างกว้างขวางในการเผยแพร่ข่าวสารความรู้เกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม 2. หน่วยงานแต่ละแห่งควรวิเคราะห์ผลงาน และติดตามผลการใช้โสตทัศนูปกรณ์ในการเผยแพร่ข่าวสารความรู้เกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม เฉพาะของหน่วยงานเอง 3. แต่ละหน่วยงานควรมีโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ซึ่งกันและกัน 4. ควรจัดให้มีการสัมมนา และฝึกอบรม การผลิต และการใช้โสตทัศนูปกรณ์แก่หัวหน้างานเผยแพร่ หัวหน้างานโสตทัศนศึกษา และเจ้าหน้าที่โสตทัศนศึกษาเป็นระยะ ๆ ตามความเหมาะสม 5. ควรทำการวิจัย การใช้โสตทัศนูปกรณ์ ในโครงการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม กับตัวอย่างประชากรในส่วนภูมิภาคเพิ่มเติมจากการวิจัยนี้ |
| Other Abstract: | Purpose: 1. To survey and study the problem in the Utilization of Audio-Visual Aids by governmental and private agencies in Environmental Conservation Program. 2. To find out the people needs for, opinions in the Utilization of Audio-Visual Aids in Environmental Conservation Program 3. To encourage those agencies, especially governmental, to aware of the importance of the Utilization of Audio-Visual Aids in Environmental Conservation Program. Procedure: By means of questionnaires, the data were collected from 15 agencies, 30 persons : the head of either Information Sub-division or the Audio-Visual staffs, and the Audio-Visual personnels. 300 questionnaires were collected from Bangkok inhabitants. Then, the data were statistically analized in terms of percentage, arithematic mean, and standard deviation. Results: 1. Audio-Visual Aids most commonly used by governmental and private enterprises were as follows : pictures, newspapers, journals, pamphlets, movies, slides, T.V. programs, exhibitions and lectures. 2. Problems commonly encountered were : insufficient budget, lacking of Audio-Visual Aids specialists, and no evaluation in utilization of Audio-Visual Aids. 3. Audio-Visual Aids which most appeared to majority of people were : newspapers and T.V. programs. Second in popularities were : pictures, posters, radio programs and songs. Furthurmore, the format prineted materials, radio and T.V. programs. The most in demand were news. In addition, fieldtrips were the most popular activity. Suggestions: 1. High rank administrators in those agencies involved should encourage extensive Utilization of Audio-Visual Aids in Environmental Conservation Program. 2. Each agency should evaluate and then follow up the results of the Utilization of Audio-Visual Aids in Environmental Conservation Program. 3. Those agencies should have an exchange Audio-Visual Aids Program among them. 4. Seminars and intensive trainings of producing and utilizing Audio-Visual Aids should be arranged in appropriate time for the head of Information Sub-division, the head of Audio-Visual Staffs and Audio-Visual personnels. 5. Researches on the Utilization of Audio-Visual Aids in Environmental Conservation Program should be done basing on the sample from the rural area. |
