| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาพฤติกรรมผู้นำของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารของโรงเรียนและอาจารย์ผู้สอนวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 11 2. เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมผู้นำของหัวหน้าหมวดวิทยาศาสตร์ ระหว่างการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับ อาจารย์ผู้สอนวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 11 3. เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมผู้นำของหัวหน้าหมวดวิทยาศาสตร์ ที่เป็นอยู่จริงกับที่ควรจะเป็นตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และอาจารย์ผู้สอนวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 11 กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนจำนวน 70 คนและอาจารย์ผู้สอนวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์จำนวน 188 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นจาก โรงเรียนมัธยม ในเขตการศึกษา 11 ปีการศึกษา 2527 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งสร้างขึ้นตามแนวของแบสอบถาม LBDQ ( Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire) ผู้วิจัยได้นำแบบสอบถามไปใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรดังกล่าว และนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิคราะห์หาค่าสถิติต่างๆ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. พฤติกรรมผู้นำของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์เป็นอยู่จริงทั้งด้านกิจสัมพันธ์ และด้านมิตรสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามการรับรู้ทั้งของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและอาจารย์ผู้สอนวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ 2. พฤติกรรมผู้นำของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ที่ควรจะเป็นทั้งด้านกิจสัมพันธ์ และด้านมิตรสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามการรับรู้ทั้งของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและอาจารย์ผู้สอนวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ 3. พฤติกรรมผู้นำของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ที่เป็นอยู่จริงทั้งด้านกิจสัมพันธ์ และด้านมิตรสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน กับอาจารย์ผู้สอนวิชาวิทยาศาตร์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ . 05 4. พฤติกรรมผู้นำของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ที่ควรเป็นด้านมิตรสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับอาจารย์ผู้สอนวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่พฤติกรรมผู้นำที่ควรจะเป็นด้านกิจสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับอาจารย์สอนวิทยาศาสตร์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 5. พฤติกรรมผู้นำของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ที่เป็นอยู่จริงทั้งด้านกิจสัมพันธ์ และด้านมิตรสัมพันธ์ แตกต่างกันที่ควรจะเป็นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5 ทั้งตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และอาจารย์ผู้สอนวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ โดยทีค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตของผู้นำที่ควรจะเป็นสูงกว่าค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตของพฤติกรรมผู้นำที่เป็นอยู่จริงทุกข้อ |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were 1. To study the leadership behavior of science program chairpersons as perceived by administrators and science teachers in secondary schools in educational region eleven. 2. To compare the leadership behavior of science program chairpersons between the perception of administrators and science teacher in secondary schools in educational region eleven. 3. To compare the actual with the expected leadership behavior of science program chairpersons as perceived by administrators and science teachers in secondary in educational region eleven. Procedures: The subject were 70 administrators and 188 science teachers which were stratified randomly sampled from secondary schools in education region eleven in the 1984 academic year. The research instrument was a questionnaire adapted from the LBDQ (Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire.) The questionnaires were sent to the samples .The collected data were analyzed by means of percentage, arithmetic means, standard deviation and t-test finding :1.the actual leadership behavior of science program chairpersons in Initiating structure and consideration, as perceived by both administrators and science teachers were high. 2. The expected leadership behavior of science program chairpersons in Initiating structure and consideration, as perceives by both administrators and science teachers were high. 3. The actual leadership behavior of science program chairpersons in initiating structure and consideration between the perception of administrators and science teachers were significant difference at the .05 level 4. The expected leadership behavior of science program chairpersons in consideration between the perception of administrators and science teachers were not significant difference at the .05 level but in Initiating structure between the perception of administrators and science teachers were significant different at the .05 level.5. The actual leadership behavior of science program chairpersons in Initiating structure and consideration were significant difference from the expected leadership behavior at the .05 level, as perceived by both administrators and science teachers. It was also found that arithmetic means of the expected leadership behavior was higher than arithmetic means of the actual leadership behavior. |
