| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์สำคัญของการวิจัยเรื่องนี้ เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์ตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์ด้านวิชาชีพครูและสร้างสมการทำนายผลสัมฤทธิ์ด้านวิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาครูในวิทยาลัยครู ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตัวแปรที่เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญซึ่งสามารถทำนายผลสัมฤทธิ์ด้านวิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาครูแต่ละด้าน และผลสัมฤทธิ์รวมทั้ง 5 ด้านได้ คือ ตัวแปรด้านคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษาครูเป็นส่วนใหญ่ มีตัวแปรด้านคุณลักษณะของอาจารย์วิทยาลัยครู และสภาพแวดล้อมของวิทยาลัยครูเข้าไปเกี่ยวข้องด้วยเพียงบางด้านเท่านั้น สมการทำนายผลสัมฤทธิ์ด้านวิชาชีพครู รวม 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ สมการทำนายในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z^ = .117525Z[subscript LS]₅ - .116799Z[subscript LS]₆ + .113728Z[subscript LS]₁ - .091541Z[subscript LS]₄ + .085888 Z[subscript LS]₅ + .105439Z[subscript LS]₂ - .089466Z[subscript LS]₃ สมการทำนายในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y^ = 208.886035 + 1.704512LS₅ – 1.179546LS₆ + 1.726679LS₁ – 1.172069TRT₄ + 1.099099TRT₅ + 1.586938LS₂ – 1.043371LS₃ เมื่อ Z^, Y^ = ค่าทำนายผลสัมฤทธิ์รวม (5 ด้าน) ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน และคะแนนดิบ LS₅ = แบบการเรียนแบบมีส่วนร่วม LS₆ = แบบการเรียนแบบหลีกเลี่ยง LS₁ = แบบการเรียนแบบอิสระ TRT₄ = อุปนิสัยด้าน สุขุมมีสติ-ทำตนตามสบาย TRT₅ = อุปนิสัยด้านเห็นแก่ได้ชอบสะดวกสบาย-มีธรรมะ LS₂ = แบบการเรียนแบบพึ่งพา LS₃ = แบบการเรียนแบบแข่งขัน |
| Other Abstract: | The main purpose of this research aimed to indicate significant variables related to professional achievement of student teachers in teacher colleges and to construct the prediction equation of such achievement, The research findings were as follows : The predictor variables of student teachers’ professional achievement were some student teachers’ traits and learning styles.
