| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้อุปถัมภ์ในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาและโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา การวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ แบบพหุกรณีศึกษา 2 โรงเรียน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์เอกสาร การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและไม่มีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์และการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาสร้างข้อสรุปแบบอุปนัยและเปรียบเทียบ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้อุปถัมภ์ในโรงเรียนกรณีศึกษาทั้ง 2 แห่ง มีลักษณะดังนี้ 1. ในด้านการได้มาซึ่งผู้อุปถัมภ์โรงเรียน พบว่า ทั้งสองโรงเรียนได้ขอความอนุเคราะห์ไปยังผู้อุปถัมภ์ ผู้อุปถัมภ์ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา มีความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับบุคลากรในโรงเรียน และหน่วยงานที่อุปถัมภ์มีนโยบายในการช่วยเหลือสังคมสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของโรงเรียนในฝัน ส่วนในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาผู้อุปถัมภ์มีความชื่นชมศรัทธาการทำงานของบุคลากรในโรงเรียน และหน่วยงานต้นสังกัดเป็นคนจัดหาให้ 2. ในด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้อุปถัมภ์ในการพัฒนาโรงเรียน พบว่า ผู้อุปถัมภ์ทั้งสองโรงเรียนมีขั้นตอนการมีส่วนร่วมเหมือนกันโดยมีส่วนรวมในขั้นการดำเนินงานมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ขั้นการตัดสินใจ ขั้นการประเมินผล และการร่วมรับประโยชน์ ส่วนเป้าหมายในการร่วมพัฒนาของผู้อุปถัมภ์ พบว่า เน้นการพัฒนาสภาพกายภาพของโรงเรียนมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ การพัฒนานักเรียน การพัฒนาผู้บริหาร และพัฒนาครู 3. ในด้านผลจากการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้อุปถัมภ์ ได้ส่งเสริมคุณภาพการศึกษา ดังนี้ โรงเรียนมีภาคีเครือข่ายอุปถัมภ์ ห้องปฏิบัติการและงบประมาณเพิ่มขึ้น มีเครือข่ายผู้ปกครองในการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โรงเรียนเป็นที่ยอมรับของชุมชน และเป็นแหล่งศึกษาดูงาน นักเรียนมีทักษะในการสืบค้นข้อมูลจาก อินเตอร์เน็ต การแสวงหาความรู้ด้วยตนเองและความกล้าแสดงออกมากขึ้น ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษานักเรียนได้ฝึกภาษาและแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมจีน โรงเรียนมอบหมายงานตามความสามารถและความถนัดของครู และเกิดความร่วมมือระหว่างครู ผู้บริหาร และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาโรงเรียน |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of the research were to study and compare the participation of sponsors in a high school and an extension school. A multi case study was the research approach in two good practice schools. The research data were collected by analyzing related documents, employing participatory and non- participatory observations as well as interview and focus group technique. The research data were analyzed by employing content analysis, inductive conclusion and comparison.The research results were as follows. 1. The ways getting to be a school's sponsors were through school invitation, admirable relationship with school's personals, and a coherence in policies of a sponsor's organization and the lab school. 2. The participation in school development of lab schools' sponsors were found as follow. They collaborated mostly in the operating stage. Then, they collaborated in decision making, formative evaluation and utilization stages. The results of school development focused in school environment, students, the principle and teachers. 3. The results of sponsors' participation were found as follow. The school's input increased such as laboratories, budgets, resources, and sponsor networks. There were parental care networks to support students, and the community trust. The school became a learning resource. Students increased there inquiry skills, ICT skills, self study skills, and self confidence. In the high school, students practiced and exchanged Chinese culture and language. Teachers tasks were assigned according to their own aptitude and capabilities. Cooperation among teachers, the principle and school committee were increased positively. |
