| dc.description.abstract | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาเป้าหมายในการผลิตนายทหารของโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า 2. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบรรลุเป้าหมายในการผลิตนายทหารของโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า 3. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของทัศนะเกี่ยวกับเป้าหมายในการผลิตนายทหารระหว่างอาจารย์ และนักเรียนโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยสำรวจ โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่เป็นอาจารย์โรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า 124 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมา 119 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 95.97 และนักเรียนนายร้อย ชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 243 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมา 232 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 95.47 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยได้ปรับปรุงและดัดแปลงมาจากเป้าประสงค์ของกองทัพบกเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติของนายทหารที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า ซึ่งแบบสอบถามนี้มีความเที่ยงในส่วนที่เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่าเท่ากับ 0.9478 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ตามโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสังคมศาสตร์ (SPSS) เพื่อหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสถิติ ที-เทสต์ (t-test) สรุปผลการวิจัย การวิจัยครั้งนี้ พบว่า 1. เป้าหมายในการผลิตนายทหารของโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า คือ การผลิตนายทหารที่มีคุณลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำ อันประกอบด้วยคุณลักษณะด้านสติปัญญา ความรู้ ความสามารถ คุณลักษณะทางร่ายกาย และคุณลักษณะทางร่างกาย และคุณลักษณะทางความเชื่อ ค่านิยม คุณธรรม 2. เป้าหมายที่โรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลคอมเกล้าสามารถสร้างเสริมให้บรรลุได้มากที่สุด คือ คุณลักษณะของความเป็นทหารอาชีพ (นักรบ) ส่วนเป้าหมายที่สร้างเสริมให้บรรลุได้น้อยที่สุด คือ คุณลักษณะของการเป็นนักพัฒนา และนักวิทยาศาสตร์ทางทหาร 3. ค่าเฉลี่ยของคุณลักษณะทางร่างกาย และคุณลักษณะทางความเชื่อ ค่านิยม คุณธรรม ตามทัศนะของอาจารย์ และนักเรียนนายร้อยมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 และค่าเฉลี่ยของคุณลักษณะด้านสติปัญญา ความรู้ ความสามารถ ตามทัศนะของอาจารย์และนักเรียนนายร้อย มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ข้อเสนอแนะ1. โรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า ควรพิจารณาบทบาทในการผลิตนายทหารที่มีคุณลักษณะในด้านการเป็นทหารอาชีพ ทหารนักพัฒนาและนักวิทยาศาสตร์ทางทหาร และปรับปรุงหลักสูตรเพื่อให้สนองความต้องการของงานอาชีพ ตามบทบาทที่กำหนดโดยให้มีรายวิชาที่ยืดหยุ่นสนองความต้องการของนักเรียน พร้อมทั้งกำหนดวิธีการเลือกเหล่าที่แน่นอนเพื่อให้ได้จำนวนและคุณลักษณะของนายทหาร ตามความต้องการของเหล่า 2. ควรกำหนดมาตรการในอันที่จะดำเนินการให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่สำคัญต่างๆ อย่างเด่นชัด โดยการจัดประชุมสัมมนาเชิงวิชาการ ระหว่างผู้บริหาร นายทหารฝ่ายปกครอง อาจารย์ และนักเรียนนายร้อย เพื่อแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นแล้ว และหาวิธีที่จะดำเนินการต่อไป 3. ควรจัดให้มีการฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับการเกษตร การสหกรณ์ ให้แก่นักเรียนนายร้อย ที่จะสำเร็จการศึกษา เพื่อให้นักเรียนนายร้อยมีความรู้ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในอาชีพทหารที่จะต้องเป็นทั้งนักรบและนักพัฒนาด้วย 4. ควรทำการศึกษาวิจัยเกี่ยวกับภารกิจที่สำคัญของทหารเหล่าต่างๆ ในสภาวะปัจจุบันของประเทศ เพื่อนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาปรับปรุงเป้าหมายในการผลิตนายทหาร หลักสูตรการศึกษา และวิธีการสอนของโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้าต่อไป | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | Purposes of the Study 1. To study the goals of military officers' training of Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy (CRMA.) 2. To study the status of attaining the goals of military officers' training of CRMA 3. To compare the differences between the goals of military officer's training according to the instructors' and the cadets' view points. Methodology This study was completed by utilizing survey techniques. The population of this study consisted of CRMA. Instructors totalled 124 as samples. There were 199 questionnaires or 95.97 percent completed and returned. Two hundred and forty-three cadets were the fourth year cadets. There were 232 questionnaires of 95.47 percent completed and returned to the researcher. The instrument used in this research was constructed according to the gals of the Royal Thai Army with some additional items to fit the objectives of the study The questionnaire items included the demographic data if respondents and their perceived goals of the military officers' training of CRMA. Its reliability was 0.9478. The data were analyzed by using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS.) The statistical techniques included frequency, percent, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t-test. Finding The finding of this study can be summed up as follow: 1. The goals of military officers' training of CRMA. Was to graduate officers with well round leadership consisted of cognitive domain, psychomotor domain and affective domain. 2. The goals that CRMA could mostly accomplish were the characteristics of the professional soldiers (warriors). For the goals that could be at least accomplished were the characteristics of military reformist and scientists. 3. There were differences of arithmetic mean according to the instructors' and cadets' view points in psychomotor domain and affective domain at .01 level of significance. The arithmetic mean according to the instructors' and the cadets' view point in cognitive domain was different at. .05 level of significance. Recommendations Practical recommendations are : 1. The CRMA. Staff ought to consider the roles of producing the best qualified professional officers, the military reformists and scientists. Curriculum of the CRMA. should be improved in order to respond the needs in training officers according to the role assessment. The subjects of study should be more flexible for the cadets' selection of branches of service in order to be agreeable with the needs of each military branch. 2. The goals should be identified more clearly and academic seminar should be held for the administrators, the commanding officers, instructors and cadets in order that they could find problems and alternatives of the military curriculum and instruction. 3. It is necessary to perform in-service training programs of agriculture and co-operative for the last year cadets. This determines the cadets to study and to get working experience in profession including being the reformists. 4. The further research should be conducted to investigate the main functions of each branch in order to provide necessary informations for further curriculum and instructional development of CRMA.
